Sorry, been busy... I'm currently still on 4kg down, so my lowest. I'm crazy up and down. I bought some new jeans and a skirt and they're already too big, but my upper body still isn't shifting in size. Crazy couple of busy weeks, then I can give this proper attention!

    Morning xx

Monday morning weigh in and I'm gutted to have STS.

That's the first week without a loss since I started calorie counting on 8th January. And I'm only 1 lb off my target for the quarter. But, tbh, I was surprised to lose 3 lbs last week, so maybe it's a levelling out week (if I'd lost 2 lbs last week and 1 lb this week I'd be happy.)
But I so want to declutter that next lb before next Monday. 🤔  Maybe time to move more alongside calorie counting.....

Down 1lb this week. I've been eating within my goal most of the week,  although not going to the gym as often so that seems about right.

It's just frustrating that I can't seem to knuckle down, and because of that my weight loss is really quite slow. I am already seeing benefits, it's just recently I've been frustrated.

But oh well, all I can do is keep going, and make myself actually go to the gym if I want to see better results!
  • I caved in and weighed myself on my partner's analogue scales. Apparently I've lost 6lbs in a week. Which sort of makes sense if my digital weigh in was influenced by bloat weight, but a very strange blip. That's a lot of bloat!! I won't put my final 1st Q weigh in until Friday, on my digital scales. I am definitely thinner in my face and waist though yay!

I'm back doing daily yoga, and I have achieved my step count 6/7 days. We walked 10 miles yesterday! Although I enjoyed a lovely meal out and definitely went over my calories. I've managed a couple of weights workouts and a 28min run. I think the exercise does make a difference building muscle and feeling better about myself.

This week - porridge for breakfast, Greek salad or soup for lunch, calorie counted meal with at least two portions of veg. I'm trying hard to get lots of veg and fruit inside me. Plus drinking my 2ltr bottle of weak squash throughout the day.

Hope everyone enjoys the week and spribg flowers etc.

@Brambling - I'm going to claim another halo for this week.  Actually quite surprised that I even managed that.  Will check again on Easter Day (last day of the quarter) and see if I manage any more.  But it won't be enough to redeem all the gains.

Am looking forward to starting afresh on 1 April.  I do hope you are willing to take on the challenge of keeping our progress listed.
