signing off for the quarter as I'm on holiday now til after Easter.  I have a feeling that I won't lose any weight during this time.  I'll be on a cruise so the daily routine will be breakfast, 2nd breakfast, elevenes, lunch, tea, dinner, supper and midnight buffet.  Unless of course the seas are rough and I can't eat at all as a result.

It's been a busy 2 weeks for me. Took on some extra work, which has been great for the bank balance, not so good for my exercise and eating routine. So pretty pleased that I have STS

Twinged my back during my workout yesterday. Still bit sore but doesn't seem serious. Probably a sign I need to work on my core.

    Hi

    Weigh day -1lb please Brambling.

I’ll just keep carrying on with what I’m doing. I’m used to the 3 meals a day now and eating later. Still troublesome thinking of all those meals to have. On the menu is Spanish chicken tray bake, sea bass in a vinaigrette with veg and a boiled egg salad plus10 more main meals no idea what. 1 meal is out which will include🥂 I’m having alcohol 1-2 nights a week.

  • Half a pound up for me this week. Disappointed - will try and end on a bit more of a high next week.
  • Hi everyone, a pound loss for me this week.

I've walked my backside off and (thought I'd) eaten a bit better so I have mixed feelings but overall, its a loss!

Really need to string a few of these together now.

Well done everybody, next weeks a new start.
