Back on the scales this week and I've lost a pound, mainly (again) through sheer exercise, diet as ever could be better.
Well done all who lost and keep going those who didn't, it WILL come.7 -
Sorry I've been awol not a great start from me, lost 1lb the gained 4lb then lost 1 so I'm back where I started! Will try to get my head in the game next week.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Weighed in this morning on my digital scales, STS. Well done everyone for keeping going!
I've been following my usual plan, but did overdo the calories yesterday with a lovely bottle of red over the afternoon, and cheese and biscuits! So weighing in this morning probably wasn't the best idea... 🤔. I haven't had a 'cheat day' all year though.
I have gone running twice, done daily yoga and met my step count most days. My menu plan next week is yogurt and nuts/fruit or porridge for breakfast, homemade red pepper and lentil soup or greek salad for lunch, and a sensible evening meal.
Hope everyone has a great week!5 -
Got weighed today instead of tomorrow I’ve had a couple of birthdays to celebrate to much cake and then we went to the fish shop yesterday for a meal for my sons birthday I offered to take them out for a meal and he choice here it was delicious but we rolled home we were so full back on it today but I’ve put 2 pounds on got to do this so on a mission now5

Sorry day late posting weight which is STS have had an horrendous week with two visits to two different hospitals. Not for myself one was for my Aunty who is 70 and the other for my son. I’m really surprised that it wasn’t worse than it is I’m feeling so stressed at the moment. Anyway hopefully a calmer and better week this week. Hope everyone is doing well.

Add 2Ibs for me this week.
Nothing more annoying then thinking you are having a good week (upping the exercise, eating less calories then your usual deficit) and it having the complete opposite effect!
Only thing I wasnt good on this week was sleeping and am thinking of asking GP for HRT to see if it helps with issues. Will probably take a break this week as well (meaning I'll be eating more to maintenance rather then worrying about weight loss).6 -
Monday morning weigh in and -1 lb for me.
I can already feel the difference around my middle, so I tried on a pair of jeans that I previously couldn't wear if I wanted to breathe! And yayyy. So they're in play and the saggy pair of jeans which are falling apart that I still wear will be going in the rag bag.
Have a good week
