I've finally caught up sorry guys.  I've been feeling carp the last few days just a cold but went to my chest which meant sleepless nights with asthma. A 5 hour 'nap' this afternoon means I feel a lot better 🤧 unfortunately it didn't stop my appetite!

Well done on all WI good, bad or STS at least you all faced the scales which I know can be hard sometimes.  Moneyowen I hope there has been no more hospital visits 🙂

SIRENS / Allie23 sorry I've lost track of you both can you let me know what I need to add

I hope very one has a good week 🙂 and may the scales be kind to us all

  • Hi

Weigh day -3.5lbs please Brambling. Hope your cold is soon gone.

I’ve 2 more days of the “kickstart” then I’ll be increasing calories for the long haul (hello glass of wine) so presuming loss will slow down though not convinced I won’t gain. Got out for 1 walk so will try for 2 this week.

  • Weighed in yesterday and unfortunately put back on 1/2lb

I am finding it difficult to manage my routine/food when I am with family. Spent the weekend and Tuesday/Wednesday with the family. My dad has a habit of doing a lot of the dog walks without me when he's round mine (so will get up and take the dogs out rather than wait for me) so my walking routine dropped a little last week. I also find I'll have eggs+toast with them for breakfast which is additional bread that I have been cutting out by opting for porridge atm. So those kind of breakfasts may be part of last week's weight gain too...

I am back at their's next week for quite a few days (work + trip to London for a football match) so need to figure out a gameplan for it.
