well done Gilly, Eowyn, Brie as I've been reminded Eowyn a half lb is nearly 2 stone a year 

I managed a 1lb loss this week which Im happy with after a poor start to the year

1lb loss to report- its been a bit if a wash out this month as I've been 'using stuff up' and I'm away for the weekend so will probably gain over the next couple of days but I'm hoping for a better February overall 😉

not quite dog ate my homework but PITA cat 'helped' me edit my last table update and I've lost the post 🥺 hopefully I've picked up all updates again.  The furry annoyance having caused chaos is sleeping

Morning all, lost 1lb this week

I fell like I’ve done loads of exercise this week, so I'm hoping I’ll start to feel a difference in my clothes etc soon

I am STS this week. Disappointed but will try and be more diligent this week. I think I will try and go for some savoury breakfasts and less starch at dinner.
