I am a bit out of sync with my weigh ins - had been feeling that I didn’t want to get on the scales as I’ve been anticipating a + result. But today I am 1.5 lbs down so I am feeling happy with that.I need to do better with breakfast - I think overnight oats is the best option for me - I just need to get into a rhythm with making it which seems to be eluding me at the moment.5

Good morning all
Weigh-In today is slightly up by 0.2 kg
Could have been worse, so I'm not giving up!5 -
I have 2 treat days in store with Noom, but honestly my appetite has gone down a bit so I'm not really tempted to overeat. That said, the fat content of my food still needs looking at.
Much less focused meal plan for this week, so next week has been drawn up with some ideas. Just ideas. Not as focused as the start of the month.
Missed my gym session on Friday due to going to a gig, so will try to fit in something physical later today. I say try, I mean it will be a nice addition to the day if I can manage it. Got lots of reading/homework/study that needs doing. Plus the decluttering thread needs more offerings.Keep reading books!

STS for me this week.
I think Ive hit a plateau at the moment as my weight hasnt done much the last couple of weeks! Didnt help that I had a binge one day and spent pretty much the whole day stuffing my face! I could honestly count on one hand the times thats happened since starting my healthy eating plan and its always the same trigger....sleep deprivation!
Working nightshifts I dont really sleep in the daytime so I just eat all day instead. I need to be more organized in future and have plenty of crudites and fruit around so I can snack if I need to in a healthier way.

I won't weigh myself this week, at my partner's place and his scales and mine disagree! So I'm sticking to my digital scales for a consistant weigh in. So @Brambling I'll put down STS this week please.
Daily yoga: 7/7
Step count met: 5/7 days - lazy weekend.
Calorie count: Deficit 6/7 days, not helped by being away with work. I worked out my hotel breakfast of yogurt, two thick slices of granary toast (one with marmalade) and real butter, beans, tomatoes and veggie sausages was around 900 cal!!! 🤯 Owch.
This week I'm having greek yogurt and nuts for breakfast, houmous, pitta and veg or soup for lunch, and a calorie counted evening meal with plenty of veg. I *will* go running this week as it's not blowing a hoolie! I will also try and do a youtube weights workout or two as well.
@catz4m8z lack of sleep is a right diet buster, hope you catch up with some soon.
Hope everyone has a good week!

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in and it's -3 1/2 lbs for me. 😊 Not gutted this week. That's eight pounds off since 8th Jan...and on target for 21 lbs by 31st March. And I'm down into the next stones number...so now to whittle that one away.
I'm calorie counting. Aiming for 1700 a day. With the idea that I can drop to 1500 once I've got a few stones off.
I hope it's OK that I'm using your thread like a SW type club. Weekly weigh in and read the thread for motivation and to see how everyone else is doing.

A second STS for me. Yes, I've thrown out a too big pair of jeans. Yes, people think I'm thinner...but time to step up.
I must try to fit in a gym AND a swim this week.
We can do this!
Keep reading books!

Half a pound down. I'm saying this because I weighed in yesterday just out of interest and that's what it was. When I did my official weigh in this morning it was up 2lbs, which is impossible (to be purely fat anyway) but extremely annoying. I did do a fair bit of exercise yesterday so hoping it's something to do with that and I will weigh myself tomorrow again to check.
But very annoying!6
