Roundtuit I Think it was QI which said go to a book shop and browser, this makes you relax and then need to go! not one I've tried  :) Someone told me sliced kiwi thin with the skin on and that sometimes work personally i don't like the though of eating the skin but then I'm not keen on peach skin either.  The exercise may also move things along

Brambling - thankyou. I do have Kiwi fruit in the fridge. I've never considered eating the skin.

I wonder if browsing the book dept on Am@z0n will work? Could be expensive 😉

Let's see what this week brings- it's early days an I've a long way to go. Need to get my marathon mindset activated.

  • @roundtuit I always find going for a walk where I can't get back quickly makes me need the bathroom - but not always a great thing! 😆
If I don't think I've been eating enough veg (like last week...) I always do a stirfry for dinner. Easy to cook because I use the pre chopped ones and a packet sauce, low calorie because I don't use noodles, and a nice injection of fibre.
Stirfry is on the list for dinner tonight, and even better it was a free one from olio that I shoved in the freezer and Mr Puppy has been complaining about it taking up space. So a win all round!
  • Stayed the same for me please, bit of a miracle
