Welcome SandC and good luck you seem to have started well
Cazann and Smudge well done on your losses this week
speaking from the view point of a woman who passed out more than once with period pain I'll hold him down for you when you insertsuzeesu2000 said:Oh Brambling I do feel for you. It’s hateful when medical people dismiss us so readily as if we don’t know our own body or feel what we are feeling. When I had cancer my gynaecologist man was a right pompous a**ehole - and I don’t use the word lightly. I mean, your in a pretty vulnerable position during examination and he REALLY hurt me during a procedure that I’ve since heard is done under anaesthesia. Oh, he said, I’m sure it’s nothing worse that a slight period cramp!! well Mr know all, turn round and let me shove this up your jacksie and we’ll compare notes!!!🤬🤬🤬
Hope you get the right outcome xdefinitely a advantage of the memopause !

hmmm.....just tracked my calories for the first time in ages out of curiosity (thinking I was probably more at maintenance today). Came to just about 2000 calories which is pretty much what I was expecting!
Also my nutritional requirements came in at 98% which is brilliant so I def feel like Im on the right track.
Still not feeling that 'diety' at the moment though, its just too blimmin' cold! Also I have been craving fruit like nobodies business and eating it with every meal.
In other news I found a hula hoop behind a cupboard and have decided I wont be happy until I can hula hoop like a champ!!LOL3 -

No change for me this week, not really a surprise, ate a bit more and did a bit less exercise than last week so it shows on a weigh day.
Try to do better for next week.
Edit - on a positive note I feel a little slimmer.
Well done everybody on all your efforts.6 -
Back on track and lost another 2lb this week so that puts me at 11st 6lb. Hope everyone is doing well7

I was half a pound down this week. Bit disappointed but we had our first meal out without the little ones for about 9 months so ate and drank a bit more than planned.6
