I fancied something sweet and comforting so I’ve made syn free rice pudding with 1 x healthy A allowance and 1 slice of chocolate orange for 2 syns, it was delicious

Well I braved Slimming World again today and I’m happy to report that their scales agree with my new ones and even better.
I lost again -21/2 lb please Brambling !
Not at all sure how that happened ,but I’ll definitely take it 
I’m away next week on a mini break but will be v conscious just what I’m eating

Well, not snacking is going well, but eating a reasonable dinner is not 😫 and I'm not sure if the two are connected, or if it's just the after effects of this horrible cold making me still run down.

Sorry for not checking in before, I have been unwell and back and forth to the hospital. I had lost 1lb on my Saturday weigh in, but had a big buffet meal with friends that day too! This week has been rubbish. It is a long drive to the hospital and I have been feeling too unwell to focus on cooking. I did manage to make some soup yesterday and have a healthy meal planned for this evening.

Chart all updated and looking good  I'm sneaking in with a 2lb gain  i think i gloated too much about not gaining over christmas and new year.  I had the weigh lecture from the surgery this week when i went re my hip, the osteopath wanted me to have a x-ray as he is convinced it's the joint, i didn't like the person i saw and i'm sure it's the same one who was dismissive 2 years ago and told me it wasn't my hip but my back (the physio at the hospital corrected her) she did finally agree on Tuesday that it did need a x-ray so I did what all self respecting fat person does and came home and ate which isn't the solution.  oh well enough moaning ............

Prudent I hope you are feeling a little better now, it's difficult to lose weigh when you aren't feeling unwell so don't beat yoursefl up if you aren't losing the lbs can you get some ready meals to pop into the freezer for when you are too unwell to cook, i know they aren't always great but should help keep your strength up.

Oh Brambling I do feel for you. It’s hateful when medical people dismiss us so readily as if we don’t know our own body or feel what we are feeling. When I had cancer my gynaecologist man was a right pompous a**ehole - and I don’t use the word lightly. I mean, your in a pretty vulnerable position during examination and he REALLY hurt me during a procedure that I’ve since heard is done under anaesthesia. Oh, he said, I’m sure it’s nothing worse that a slight period cramp!! well Mr know all, turn round and let me shove this up your jacksie and we’ll compare notes!!!🤬🤬🤬

Ooh could I join in please? Just started SW tonight - the last time I weighed myself I was 19st 3lb.. SW starting weight 18st 3lb! 

Overall target is 52lb/3st 10lb
1st quarter target 14lb/1st

Morning all,
Another 1b loss for me, I feel I’m going to be slow and steady with this, but as long as I get there in the end I suppose it doesn’t matter really.

I was away with family last weekend and certainly ate more than I would usually, so that’s probably catching up with me.
