Decluttered half a tube of antihistamine cream; got bitten overnight last night. Six bites total. Properly fed up. 😑

That's great news London 1, it's been a long wait. It will be all worth it in the end.
Muddy, you are having a time of it at the moment. Try to take care of yourself. xxxxx
Florenceem, left over cakes. Nope, sorry, not a concept in our house The buns look lush.
Regnbue, thank you , it looks fabulous, just my cup of tea, and you had lovely weather. I will try very hard to visit as the South Eastish is an area of the country I have never been. You are right, it is a long way for us to go for just a few days. Mr V tells me that he doesn't want to go on holiday yet as he doesn't want to take any more time off work because he loves it so much. We are restricted to Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.
I am still feeling stressed, I don't know why. It could just be habit, dealing with our Mothers over the past few years, Mr V,bit by bit.
Still raining.
My step daughter has her knee op tomorrow from when she was hit at the back of the knee by a runaway hospital trolley.
I have bought her a nice candle and some chocolates. Used a gift bag, tissue paper and a card from stash. I don't know where these things come from, I gave loads of gift bags to bit by bit's mil and loads to the charity shop yet still have some left. Never the right size though.
Windows, mirrors and glass pictures cleaned, think it's the first time this year.
5 tops ready to hand sew. As I am not very tall, tops are usually too long on me and need shortening and a slit up the seam for comfort!
For the charity shop, a little flask I found that I used to take on school trips, and a frying pan that doesn't work on our new hob. Also to go tomorrow, a bag of soft plastics and some broken coat hangers.
Vx

More food uu from our stash, more papers dealt with and either filed or shredded, a tube of gone off face cream binned.
Neighbour gave us a packet of rice that she can't use so will add that into the menu plan in due course.
It's lovely that people give us food, but it's taking me forever to get caught up!Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅11 -

5. Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
6. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
DH strimmed the back garden & topped up the bird feeders 👏 I descaled the kettle & I watched all my recorded episodes of Law & Order so after 4.5 days of binge watching I now have 79% space available from a low of 58% 😊 We had a roast beef dinner with roast potatoes & carrots, cabbage & hm gravy. Sadly the roasted radishes were a huge disappointment 😔 So they have been binned & the rest of the crop has been composted 😔 In the case of radishes - small is tasty 😋 I also discovered that the foliage is edible so I will experiment when we grow our next crop. The rest of the dinner was delicious 😋 Wudupa.
1001 - 1003 Kitchen recycling, plastic bottle, drinks cans - recycled
1004 Kitchen detritus - binned
Moorviews, of course another advantage is that salads bump up our vegetable intake & reduce the carbohydrates 😉 A lovely cheerleading post 😊 So sorry to hear that you are having such a stressful time & I hope that as the summer progresses any issues will be resolved 🙏 Meanwhile lots of cwtches are coming your way 🤗 You have been keeping busy - completing one sewing project before starting another; sorting out your pans (I particularly love the idea that you have given yourself ‘permission’ to release some of them to new homes 👏); dealing with junk mail (quite a lot of it at the moment has a political bent 😉); sorting out your winter coats & your biggest potential success working on MrMV & DS to turn your garden into a haven rather than a Steptoe & Son yard 👏 Thanks for the tip about the Catherine Sews videos 😊 I have bookmarked it & will reward myself once I have caught up with the cheerleading 😉
vulpix, I rather wish it was a sweet potato 😉 Unfortunately having grown so large (in the days whilst we were away they went bonkers from ‘almost ready to pick’ to ‘monsters’ 😥) all the radishes are rather ‘woody’ so I have googled & will be roasting them. I also discovered that the leaves are edible so will be experimenting with the next crop 😊 Congratulations on having an empty drawer & space in the wardrobe 👏 It is so lovely when your decluttering efforts reap such good rewards 😊
Happy_Kitties, excellent work with your neutral items 👏 What a great idea to share a Tip run with a friend 😊
TC77, at least you don’t have a horse to take care of 😂 Apologies 🙃🙃
crazybunnylady4, if that is being lazy on a Sunday then I must be catatonic 🤣 Some great decluttering 👏 & I am looking forward to seeing more pictures of your newly framed projects 🙏
nannywindow, sorry to hear that life is so stressful 😔 Sending lots of Cwtches 🤗 & a fervent hope that the second half of the year is so much better 🙏 Another one of our declutterati family having a busy Sunday 👏 You must have oodles of space in your shed now that you have evicted the 5 ‘Justin’s’ 😉
crazybunnylady4, I think Mac must have ‘known’ you wanted to clean his hutch 😉 He has obviously had a tiring day 😉 Well done on finding something else to do 👏
QueenJess, excellent decluttering especially the kitchen windowsill 👏
Nice to see you Muddy_Walker 👋 So sorry to hear that RL is battering you & your family 😔 Sending get well wishes for both your mum & dad & a fervent hope that SD is not suffering from cancer 🙏 Good luck with your plants 🍀 Excellent decluttering 👏
Soontobeoap, lovely use of buttons 😊 The children are very lucky 😊
Excellent decluttering QueenJess & well done on reaching 13,000 👏
crazybunnylady4, what a busy Sunday you had 👏 Pleased to learn that Mac eventually woke up 😊
Very impressive daisy_1571 👏 Excellent decluttering worthy of a Gold Star ⭐️ which is on its way 😊 Good luck with sorting the rest of your clothing 🍀
Florenceem, another person who had a busy Sunday 🤩 Hope the birthday tea for the 90 year old went well 😊
Nice to see you ilovetea 👋 I see that you have been keeping busy with some great decluttering 👏 Fingers crossed that you get the ground floor flat 🤞& can enjoy watching the birds feeding 😊
Oops, just noticed the time 🙊 so I will post & run 😉 Sleep tight 😴

We are in the hotel room at the moment and I actually got a good sleep for once in a hotel. We need to go to Stratford International to go to Broadstairs today to look around at what will be our new area. We are having a flying visit as we have to get back home to the cats tonight.
We have decided to do a proper declutter of our house when we get home and go through each room one by one. My husband said he might actually donate his CD collection, finally!
The Bad Boys film yesterday was quite good. We had lunch in Molo Lounge first. I saw there is a sculpture in Southend that is anti knife crime.

@Wednesday2000 I find that sculpture quite disturbing, but I guess it is mean to do that?Feeling rubbish today - think the kids have given me a sore throat/cold thing, which is terrible timing as I'm on my own with the kids whilst DH is on a work course away for a few days. Intend to spend the day resting as much as possible.Last night I started decluttering one of the sideboard cupboards and thinking a little bit about where the stuff would go if I got rid of the sideboard. I just don't think I'm there yet with the kitchen cupboards, so more decluttering and using up needed before I can think about reorganising. I am wondering why I have an overflow cupboard at all now... I mean it should just fit in the kitchen cupboards/drawers really..For this morning, I worked through a craft drawer in my desk and managed to get rid of a few things. Certainly got lots of stuff that needs to be used up in there still, but every time I go through it, it does get better. Had to ask myself quite a few times whether I really will use what's in there as initially I didn't think there was anything to get rid of. I've had one double sided sticky tape for 20 years now! To be fair, I have been very slowly working through the stash and it is getting better - I don't want to just bin it and I do use it for card making a few times a year.Anyway, done my one area and feel awful, so off for a lie down in the TLC carriage.Digital:
1 - app deleted
Physical:
1 - mirrored tray I love, but never use (Buy Nothing)
5 - paper hats recycled
158 - little craft bits and pieces which just make me feel bad as they remind me I don’t have time to use them and they came from my parents anyway (not my clutter). Plus when I use them on family cards, they “save” the bits from them and give them back to me again! (Charity bag)

Hi,
Floss, Thank you. North Wales is only 1.5 hours from me. I know it quite well as my first husband was from there. I have thought about Llandudno. If we can only do 2 night stints, it will have to be several little breaks. I have ex family in the Oswestry , Shrewsbury area which is lovely. I think it's also time for another visit to Portmerion .I will get onto it. We love Chester too, and Southport etc, etc. Love all the tried and tested places but open to going somewhere new.
QueenJess, I threw my 20 year old double sided tape away last year! Admitting to myself that I would never use most of my craft stuff was liberating. Strangely I just can't let some vintage designers guild fabric go. I have ideas of making it into bunting. Will I, really?
Mr V is going wild in the aisles as they say. Once again sorting his equipment storage shed. He has listed several big things for sale. They don't sell quickly but will eventually go.
Gotta go, craft club. Vx

love Llandudno and port merion.. we stayed in the big Victorian hotel on the point. It was undergoing refurbishment and it did need it! Off on holiday tonight but just wanted to report my house is sold - I accepted a revised offer yesterday. Took DD and I 4 hours to fill in solicitors initial forms. DS2's girlfriend is going to look out for possibilities for me to view when I get back. One place I quite liked is right next to a place where there is an ongoing planning battle to turn it in to a tyre garage. Owner keeps letting it illegally anyway. Thats why it hasn't sold.
