Lovely pics @Liverpool_Anne I was looking at that picture of the nightshade and have now discovered that bittersweet nightshade is an alternative name for woody nightshade. My 80s Flower Fairy poetry books and dolls have stood me in good stead with flower and plant identification!

Hello everyone xx
what a few days I’ve had.
Sat I spent time out the front as I wanted to move a plant which was in the wrong place and found the perfect spot…..or so I thought. I have dug up a lot of big rocks from my garden over the years and have perfected the technique but was flummoxed with this one…. After hubby told me off for doing too much he had a go….. just as well as he worked out it was concrete over the waste pipes…..plant still in the wrong place…
Sunday was a rest day
Yesterday was the consultant visit and although my cancer is stable I completely broke down about my mental health and how bad it is. So I am being referred and have been given phone numbers in case I get into an utter state that I need immediate help. I did feel a lot better after that but was exhausted.
today I was in the office and caught up with Nice New Boss to explain what has been going on and she was brilliant.
so the main thing being decluttered in June is trying to do it all alone and that it’s ok to realise when you need help 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇🥇 2024 decluttering

Oh Muddy. ❤️ I am not surprised at a complete overload breakdown. You are spinning a lot of plates. Yay for a nice boss. Xxxx I had a similar experience when I was well into my treatment. I think being brave for everyone else takes its toll. Xx
Hope you are fighting fit soon Wednesday. xx
bit by bits passing still feels unreal. I am glad that we became friends. All thanks to this thread.Mr V was advised to see his GP. I hope you’re sitting down. He asked for an appointment at 1pm and saw a Doctor at 3pm! The GP prescribed some painkillers and will write to the Oncologist. My builder came and will be doing some snagging. 2 doors stick a bit and some stone needs cutting back in the garden. He is so busy so it may be a while.

Oh Muddy_walker it's completely fine to break. Let yourself have a break day where you can let it all go and not be brave or adult, everyone needs it and when going through what you are you have to have at least a weekly break day. It seems easier to just keep going and ignore what's happening but in the end the only person that that destroys is yourself. xx
Such a cute bunny. I had a house rabbit who fell in love with a pair of fluffy slippers. He also terrorised both the dogs and cats!
Today I decluttered some paperwork and also decided to clean and declutter the bathroom - bad idea - mental note to self it hurts doing nearly anything, I now know why I got a 4 week sick note. Does decluttering sleep count because I'm doing loads of that!
For everyone who needs hugs have huge ones.

Back again. I had a random figure of decluttering in my head of 50 and I've smashed through that target. There still seems to be quite a bit to go, so aiming for another 50 tomorrow and keeping roughly 20 things to tidy up/sort out until things look a bit clearer. Got a day off tomorrow, but have a massive backlog of stuff that needs doing, so not sure I will have much time for decluttering. At some point I need to get back to those physical photos... I think I want to digitise them all, only keep my favourites and then I can see them all the time in a digital frame (whenever I finish project digital photo frame... will take all year at least I imagine!).Physical:

crazybunnylady4, now that you & your DM are part of the family & have embarked on your decluttering journey, you might feel inspired to resume your crafting 😊 especially as that will count as decluttering 😉 Some great work already by both you & DM
DM and myself are by no means newbies to decluttering though, like I said, what I tend to do is maintaining declutter. We have been decluttering loads since my DDad passed about 12 years ago now (time flies) and honestly the amount of stuff we have gotten rid of has been amazing. My Dad, bless him, turned out to have been a bit of a hoarder so there was a lot to go through when we lost him.
The crafting, on the other hand - might take a bit more time. We lost our last rabbit (Toffee) end of October 2023, we had him for nine years (since he was a baby) and it was heartbreaking to suddenly not have him around. He was a placid little thing and he was quite friendly but wasnt very...lively. He preferred to sit around and survey his kingdom. So therefore - i got a lot of crafting done!
However....new bunny is the opposite - he is a rescue, had him since last November 2023 (there was about a month where our house was sans-animal friend). He has settled in now, when we first got him he was a bitey little a***hole (can I say that? LOL) and so we had him neutered because there was literally no way of coping with him or handling him. And now the hormones are gone, WHAT a difference!! He licks everything, binkys/jumps around, loves his veggies, can even feed him from my hand without fear of losing a finger. He is literally a gentle giant. Oh, and his name is Mac - short for Macchiato (like the coffee).
But anyway enough rambling - I think I am still quite sad from losing Toffee and although I have done some crafting...nothing feels quite the same as it did. Plus I have a bouncy bunny to contend with lol.
Anyway - a little more decluttering done tonight. Filed some paperwork for mum and went through a boxfile I have. To my horror I needed to empty the shredder 1 1/2 times! No idea why I was holding onto some of it! Some other bits of paper have gone in the recycling, binbag of shredding in the main bin outside.
Cleaned kitchen sides after dinner, stacked and ran DW, wiped the front of DW/oven/sink and cleaned the microwave plate by hand as there was a bit of a microwave meal spillage (oops). Mopped the kitchen floor.
FYI: I always stack the DW, DM always empties it - mostly cos I just like DW jenga!
Took down laundry which has been on the airer since Saturday, FUPA. Wiped the coffee table in the lounge. Pack up (love that term, am stealing it) done for return to work tomorrow and decided to wear my "new" charity find top to work so that is ready with my trousers for the office. ugh back to up at 6am the next 4 days #dislike

@crazybunnylady4 - Every pet you have has a different personality. And they all seem to steal our hearts. Glad you and Mac are bonding so well.
@vulpix - I have had both knees replaced - and boy did it help. I couldn't walk 10 feet without pain and for a long time thereafter I could walk to church (1 mile each way). My problem now though is just the opposite of yours - I need the operation on my spine as I have a pinched nerve and am now back to using a walker (rollator?). My problem is I am the only driver during the daytime around here so I am having to figure out how to adjust to not using a car and figuring out how to get everyone where they need to be. Our public transportation is not very good here, but there are some senior options that might help.
The meeting for the Friends of the Library people went better than expected. We were expecting about 9 to 10 of them and 5 of us and instead had 8 of us and 24 of them (Friends from other libraries). We have a lot of new ideas for fundraising now and several groups are going to share information with each other. We shared books today - gave each library that showed up a box of books for their book stores - all brand new mysteries. Many of the people were a little overwhelmed by the size of our book storage area (30' x 50' stuffed). We have well over 10,000 books at each book sale plus our book store which fits another couple of thousand books and some of them only have space for one shelf of books to sell. Then again, I probably have over 10,000 books at home if I got everything out of the boxes. I have 1200 plus books on the Home Front in World War II (used to do research for other authors), about 600 cookbooks, and at least 3000 mysteries that I am slowly passing along. And these don't include the 60 boxes still packed of miscellaneous subjects (gardening, history, zoo keeping, children's foreign language books - I never knew what I would need for the authors I was working with - and some of them had no idea when holidays happened and libraries wouldn't be open. They still needed the information immediately supposedly. At least the boxes are labeled by subject. I had to pack them away when I ended up with a lot of roommates.

Thank you daisy for you advice with DDs stuff. It's still in the hall and downstairs!😱 I didn't have any energy yesterday to sort it out after I finished work. I am going to try and do a bit now as I need to get in the cupboard behind the mountain!
But will need to pace myself as I have a busy work day and little energy.
Also need to plant some plants I bought which have been patiently sitting waiting for me for 2 weeks eek! My pace of doing things seems to have slowed right down at the moment a need to find my mojo!!!!
