Hello and welcome crazybunnylady4.
In my rush to make soup and soya bolognese I mixed up paprika and chilli powder. We saved the bolognese by adding tins of beans, the soup went down the grid in the garden! I wouldn't mind but the jars have labels!
My son is on day 1 of being a stay at home Dad. He phoned at 10am as they were at a bit of a loose end. Hahaha.
Mr V phoned Saint Rachael. No news. ?????????
Going to the bank shortly. A mere 30 mile round trip! I always have a list of errands when we go out of the village to make the most of the petrol and our time. Also Mother visiting. Later I have good intentions of emptying my bike shed.
Weenancy, can you source a book case from a thrift store? Sending best wishes for your sister. Feet are painful. I had a tendon transfer. Little did I know what a big job it was. it involved breaking a lot of bones and screwing them into the correct alignment. It has made no difference to my arthritic feet at all. Well except for the nerve damage where my foot tingles all the time like a nettle sting or a burn.
Florenceem, I don't know what to say about Mr F . Keep going to the GP until you get some answers.
Good luck with your meeting Queen Jess.

Mr F has gone out with a loaded shopping trolley for the charity shop. It is all stuff from my craft room - this is going to be a big job but my numbers will go up well.
I have been holding on to so much craft stuff but it is time to thin it out. I still want to craft but have so much stash.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Thank you floss and vulpix
Recent decluttering then: 3 carrier bags worth of stuff from the garage/one of DMum's wardrobes. That went to the charity shop.
Last week I decluttered the box and draw we keep for our very spoiled bunny. Two towels went in the wash and put his treats into a tub; old packaging binned.
Have also taken some cans and packets(all still in date) that we had in our cupboards to tesco donation point. For some reason we had normal pasta in the cupboard which mum doesn't eat and I've just gone gluten free (to an extent, for my gut health) so that was one of the sacrifices.15 -

I am also an avid crafter and am sure that buying craft supplies and using them are two separate hobbies 🤣🤣🤣14 -
crazybunnylady4 - I am in Kent.
My numbers are shooting up so as long as I focus on that and not on what is going - I will be okay.
Today I am getting rid of vintage tins of buttons, beads and lots of yarn.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Well the boxing in the bathroom is done !!! It looks amazing - I am still yet to paint it but even now - with bare wood - it's made a massive difference. The bathroom mirror is up also and I bought some over the door storage baskets which are doing the trick. Just some painting and the floor covering to be done now
I got discharged from the eye clinic last week which was great news. I am still high risk of a detached retina though and the optometrist recommended that if I travel abroad I research what's the best eye hospital. - its made me a bit nervous about travelling but I'm sure I will get over that. Best to be forewarned.
I'm absolutely full of cold ! It is the worst one I've had for years & I feel very wiped out as a result. Thankfully I didn't have to work today so have had the chance to rest up.
I feel like there's more to report but my brain isn't working because of being so congested.
Love to all

Hello fellow decutterers, everyone seems to be doing so well, keep up the good work ! Seems I am 15 pages behind 😯 and I have forgotten who said what, so apologies.
Dh took me away to a hotel last week and we had a great time, DD came as well as she also needed a break. There was plenty of food, lovely staff, great entertainment plus lots of other chatty guests. Hopefully we can go to another one later in the year as there is a chain of hotels dotted about.
Last weekend DGS came to help us get the garden in some sort of order. He did most of the donkey work, then stayed overnight. As usual he ate his weight in food and I'm sure he's grown another inch or two 😲, I'll have to have the doors made taller as he'll soon be ducking under them and he's not 15 till September ! The garden looks looks less like a jungle now and quite tidy but a lot of the shrubs need cutting back still. That will have to wait though as my green waste bins are full. They do get emptied tomorrow so there'll be no excuse after that as long as I take things easy and the weather is kind.
Today I've sorted out some clothes out for a family funeral tomorrow and just ran the iron over some things. I'm not sure quite what to wear as it will depend on the weather but I have plenty to choose from. DH is easy, black trousers, jacket and white shirt, black tie. Sadly it's only about 5 weeks since the last family funeral and it will be a strange day as it's also my birthday but DD and family will come over later for bubbly and cake 🎂🍾
I have a full bag of clothes ready for the cs but it won't go till Wed now. Out in the recycling today 3 takeaway containers and lids, plus 2 caravan magazines.
Vulpix Mr V's lack of appointment/news has me speechless. I'd be a jibbering wreck by now. hugs to you both.
Wishus blimey that's a lot, well done 👏
crazybunny lady Hi !
hugs to anyone who needs one

I have now gone through 6 boxes and decluttered trims and cords.
My shopping trolley is starting to fill up again ready for tomorrow's trips to the charity shop.
Also decluttered money to a broke Dgd in Australia.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
