Lovely and sunny here today. We repainted the decking yesterday. Well, I did an hour and then my husband finished it. I thought I might be in pain today as doing that type of work outdoors sometimes sends me into a fibromyalgia flare, but it must have been because it was warm yesterday. I am usually fine these days but I do tend to feel more pain and aches generally in the cold weather.
My husband has just left to bring all the glassware to the charity shop. I said let us have a blitz on our wardrobes as well so we added six tops of his and a dress and five tops of mine as well as a hat to the donation bag. I said to him just pretend we are moving house today and what would you leave behind and that seemed to work very well!
We got a letter sent to us from the estate agent and the valuation was £50,000 more than he said at first. We can't do anything until my husband leaves his job so that will be the very end of June. I'm feeling a bit aimless at the moment.

Housework decluttered for the time being, plus the microwave has been rehomed.
Grass has also been cut and clippings in the composter.
I'm hoping to try and have a go at raking the garden at some point over the weekend before it rains next week.
2 bags of assorted items will be taken to the charity shop tomorrow.
And ive an assortment of items being rehomed Sunday.
Plus a plant pot and tray pending, when I'm able to drop it off to a family member.
I've plenty still to declutter, tidy and clean though, but slowly does it I guess.

Hello
it’s been a beautiful day here so I gave myself a target of what was to be done before I came out in the garden to enjoy it.Dropped a bag off at charity shop and reunited a cat ornament I’d donated on Tuesday with her missing kittens I found on Wednesday ( hidden by great nephews) made me smile this morning.
posted off something to a friend that I know she’ll appreciate that was my granny’s but that I know I’ll never use.
Home and sorted through the rest of dads box of stuff then put it away in a packing box.Put a few items on local fb page. One collected already.A massive thing was just getting a text from friend who is going to take all of my late husbands tools / electronics stuff on Tuesday. Her colleagues are excited to see what there is. I’ve asked that they donate something to the food bank . I just want rid but there is so so much that that will almost clear the garage! And a tip appointment made for Monday morning to drop off pile of stuff. This evenings task is to clear the kitchen worktop ( I don’t usually have much on my worktops…it’s causing me stress. So it’s either going in a packing box or a charity bag.
Quite a productive day!12 -
My evening yesterday didn't go as planned - instead of just locking up at 7 and that was me done - C phoned - could I take in the food delivery at 8.20? So I popped round at 7.30 and locked up then went back just after 8 - good job it is a 2 minute walk away.
There were a lot of sacks of donations so I cleared them while I was there.
The SA kitchen fridge was full - ready for our busy weekend so I took the chilled food home with me - I had space in my garage fridge.
I fell asleep at 11.15 and woke at 1 - no Mr F in bed - he said it took him an hour and three quarters to put cream on his legs!
This morning I took the chilled food round to SA ready to be given away at food bank.
C had collected about 15 black sacks of donations yesterday so I set to and started to sort. Mr F came round to meet me.
Really busy weekend - we have a visiting band and ladies chorus. They are doing an open air performance at the harbour then coming back to the hall to be fed before an evening concert. I am not going to the afternoon one as I will be the person at the hall to turn on the oven and deep fat fryers. We are doing fish and chips.
We are preparing lunch for 120 on Sunday.
