Thank you for welcoming me - I am determined to sort the bedroom out. I can do everywhere else but just looking at the sewing side gulp. I so want to sew again as the joy of it was removed for me for so long.
1 binbag and a pillow out into the bin as it gets emptied tomorrow. I couldn't put the other pillow in as not enough room. I have the week off in the mornings from morning job (I have 2 parttime jobs) and then from my WFH afternoon job I have Thurs & Fri off woohoo. So both days are going to be busy decluttering, baking and sorting.“HUMAN BEINGS MAKE LIFE SO INTERESTING. DO YOU KNOW, THAT IN A UNIVERSE SO FULL OF WONDERS, THEY HAVE MANAGED TO INVENT BOREDOM. Always Ali, I think I will collate all the cottons with a wooden bobbin and make up a lot to take to my favourite charity shop. The manageress saves vintage things to sell to someone who has a vintage shop. I might keep one, I have the idea to make a little yoyo Christmas tree. Think yoyo's may also be called Suffolk puffs.
Thank you everyone for your kindness about bit by bit. I don't want to talk about it here all the time, neither do I wan't to act like nothing is happening.
machasraven, I have been known to put stuff in other peoples bins if they had room, under the cover of darkness.
Out , a jumper of mine which is looking a bit tired and a DJ mixer sold. The money from that will pay for a new to me bench for the top garden that Mr V is collecting on Friday and a shelf for the spare room. I have sort of formulated a plan for the top garden, just need some good weather and for me to be about 20 years younger than I am.
We had JW's this morning, they couldn't convert me but they did admire my garden.
A friend of a friend is opening her garden to raise money for a dog rescue charity she supports in Spain. Instead of me keep giving plants away ,she can have them for her plant stall. There are also 3 plant supports she could have for her stall too. I will see what else garden themed I can find for her

@vulpix it is my mission to fill the bin every time it goes out.
There are times I'm stymied by the ex who is still in the house - how this happens I don't know as he sees space and fills it anywhere else and nothing goes in the bin!! Could be all the spending he does online.
Tomorrow evening music on and blitz part of the bedroom.

if the ex situation is permanent have you/can you allocate areas of the house to each of you? If you are living separately, it seems a shame to try to impose each others preferences? extra stress each of you could probably do without

I bought a sage plant half price yesterday, at some point it will be planted in the garden, plus a small pile of t-shirts to be sorted that I was given yesterday.

We do have separate living and sleeping places. I ask nothing of him and do not deal in anyway with him. I'm learning to live again and I when we split I was done so there was nothing left for me with him. I have friends now and they are amazing.“HUMAN BEINGS MAKE LIFE SO INTERESTING.
