@Wednesday2000 I was also wondering about RBR so thanks for your question. Some very small decluttering today - a few books to the charity shop. I am also using up my toiletries, only 1.5 moisturisers left. I've always bought well priced brands that I use to have a supply in but due to moving I'm working on a just in time basis13

Sunday stayed dry all day but was rather chilly especially on the back of the bike 😉 DH & I set off at 13:25 & DH dropped me off at his niece’s bungalow @ 14:30 - he carried on to Herne Bay. When I arrived S’s son-in-law was there with his son who was rather unwell. They were taken home by S’s husband C. I handed over the knitted items - hat, cowl & fingerless mittens & was pleased to see that everything fitted 😮💨 S was really chuffed & the colour really suited her. See pic
S made coffee & we had a good old chinwag for about 40 minutes & then her mum W (DH’s sister) arrived from next door - so a 3 way conversation. Her hubby T arrived a little later after reading his newspaper & doing some gardening. My DH finally arrived back 16:30. We had coffee & gypsy tart & finally left about 17:45 arriving home 18:45. My DSis had been very industrious as she had vacuumed downstairs + been very busy in the kitchen - thoroughly cleaning the washer/dryer both inside& out including the washing powder compartment, the water trap & the fluff filter. She also washed the left hand side cupboard doors & finally swept & scrubbed the kitchen floor & also the cloakroom floor. She had only just sat down when we arrived home. I am awarding her a Gold Star ⭐️ as I was so happy 😀 As we had got home later than intended DH ordered Chinese 🙂 Wudupa.

Good Morning chums very grey looking morning here today the sun seems to have disappeared for awhile. Lots of decluttering ahead today and definitely a CS visit as I am clearing china etc out.EA thinks we may get moved end of May so fingers crossed.Have reduced my food cupboard down to one from three lots of bits went to the food bank and I have to phone the stair lift people today about removing my stair lift at some point soon .I have 20 packing boxes coming tomorrow plus tape so I will really start to get cracking on the stuff I'm actually taking.
Eldest DD is off to the USA for a week this Friday to see my DGS and wife and baby Daisy. She has started to walk unaided yesterday, so my DD is so looking forward to seeing her toddle. My DGS live in NYC right by Central Park and yesterday him and his wife took the little one for a picnic there, and she can't wait to get up on her feet bless her She's been walking round holding on the the sofa etc for about two weeks now she's discovered she can do it on her own and she's up and running and beaming with the freedom.
I have a list of people I have to visit before I move so next week I'll be up in Colchester seeing an old friend ,then I must also visit my sis-in-law in Faversham, also my other sis-in-law in Bromley so this week I'm concentrating as much as possible of off loading even more stuff so I can free up next week for 'cheerio visits'
I've listed all the different things I have to change addresses on and at the end of this month will start on cancelations for various things. getting quite exciting now and hopefully will see the light t the end of the tunnel. I think half my house is in four local CScan't believe how much stuff has accumulated in such a small cottage.
One room is virtually empty only the single bed left to go out of there, and the airing cupboard to pack I'll do that when the packing boxes come tomorrow

Mrs SD - your knitted makes look so good.
I finished another 8 Christmas cards.
Only one Church service yesterday.
Youngest son and my grandson called by to collect the school uniform I had worked on - gave them their Easter gifts.
Got a text from Dil saying thanks for doing the uniform and - 2 more school dresses need to be shortened - she will drop them by sometime.
A Church friend gave me some trousers to shorten yesterday.
Grey here with rain forecast - I plan to pop into town and then work on the trousers.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

More internet auction sales! A big box of stuff gone in the post today, and I had an extra plastic clamp in the box, which I just put in the recycling. +47 items, meaning I'm at 849. On track for 2024 in 2024 I'd say!
Bathroom is getting done this week, and lots of plastering, so a huge last-minute declutter of stuff is necessary to clear space for work to be done. Wish me luck!Keep reading books!

At the village garage sale yesterday I made €90. DD2 will get €20 of that (her toys). It's more than I had before, but I'm not sure it's worth my whole day in a cold wind.DD2 got €5 to look around, and came back with a teddy that's taller than her! She was still looking for a low seat for her mezzanine, so we've put the teddy there as a kind of bean bagI sold our garden set, that I hated from the start: small, black cheap crudely woven vinyl, wobbly metal underneath. Husband insisted on taking it apart and sending it to Africa, but I kept insisting it wasn't worth the cost. Especially if it's for the Airbnb he wants to start there, he's better off buying something local. Frozen atmosphere at home at the moment.Anyway, no-one was around to help me with the garage sale, so the profits are mineFound at the end of the garage sale with a sign 'free': cheeseboard new in box. I cleaned the board, threw out the 4 weirdly shaped 'knives' and now have a brandnew sturdy cutting board. Also: thrown out a pair of sturdy black lace-up boots. The leather had stretched so much that the lace couldn't tighten properly anymore and it was hurting my achilles' tendon to walk in them. Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.5918

Good morning.
Mrs SD, after losing a huge post one time, I always copy it now before posting so that I can just paste if needed.
It's been a quite week here. I've scrubbed the kitchen ready for the meter swap today but nothing much out. The man just arrived and needed to get to the boiler! I never even thought about the boiler and could have died watching him tiptoe through the junk I'd crammed in there out of the way 😱 another reason to get on top if the clutter!

Worn out after a week of car shopping. Nothing stands out yet, but a couple of possibles. Waiting for appointments for test drives now.
OH forgot to drop DVDs off at CS but there will be more things to add this week so it's not a problem.
Had a morning of admin and catching up with emails. Started going through a kitchen cupboard - there is a tea set in there which previous owners left and I have never used, yet I can't seem to be able to let it go. Most odd. We have plenty of mugs and a teapot we do use when we have guests so we don't need it at all.

I'm getting on with the clothing to list online, if only to reclaim my laundry basket. I'm going to do some postal CS drops too, not much choice where I am and too much of a clat to drive anywhere. I'm not getting much help 😒20
