So, we have accepted a good offer on the house so we are on the way to decluttering this one and gaining a new one in the North east. Exciting and terrifying in equal measure!18

Have been working through the cupboards in spare bedroom. Have disposed of a blow up childrens bed that wont stay up and given 8 cot sheets to a friend for when her new grandson comes to stay. They have barely been used as Grandchildren didnt stay over very much when they were babys. Now they stay for weeks at a time as they have triple bunk beds🤣. Also 12 glass jars that I have been saving for craft group. We did glass painting today and so they have all gone home with someone else. I am counting as 2 bin bags. Have also identified a lot of bits for a cat boot sale. We just need to establish if we have enough.craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £25.96 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,

Not decluttered much lately. Someone collected something today after a no show from someone else on Friday.
86 - turtle toddler seat that straps onto a regular chair instead of using a high chair.
Also have something else baby related which I found in the bathroom while decluttering that is pending collection. Plus a cake stand is waiting to go to the charity shop. It was never or hardly used.14 -
Good evening. I couldn't get on earlier, it kept timing out. All looks to be working now though. Eta it was still playing up and took ages to post.
This morning we had swimming lessons and a hospital appointment.
We did make a start on DDs room this afternoon. I pulled everything out from under her bed (made with 2 high kallax boxes so lots of storage under there) brought it all down to the conservatory. Stripped, washed, dried and put back her bedding. I swept and hoovered under there and then DD1 arrived with DGD. Once they had left we started sorting through everything that has come down and DD2 did really well. I was expecting it to be a lot harder. we filled a bin bag with rubbish. There's yet another pile of knitted baby clothes for the wash. A pile of teddies for the washer. And some things she thinks DGD might like. There's still a bit more to sort tomorrow in the conservatory and then I'll start on the stuff around their beds. Then it can all go away neat under her bed and then start on DD3s. There's still a lot to do though.

Fabulous news Flora.Mrs SD, I think one of the advantages of living in a small community is that everybody knows everyone. The first house sale was to parents from the school I worked at and the other one was our neighbours cousin. I think if it were a total stranger I would be more wary. There are disadvantages of living in a small community for example everyone knowing everybody. 🤣🤣and their business.I hope poorly people and fed up people are feeling better.I have made vanilla biscuits and chocolate biscuits for the first time in this new oven. Of course I needed to try them before I offer them to people. I feel sick. I don’t usually eat biscuits or much sugar at all. Serves me right.Vx:17

Lemon drizzle my favourite 😋
exciting times ahead for those moving 🙂
I decluttered a couple of virals of blood lunchtime unusually she got some at the first attempt, that took all my lunchtime.I worked late due to unfortunate family situations for two colleagues in our four person team and then had a lovely hour call with one of my sisters, she was happier as my BIL has just finished a month of radiation last week and is feeling less tired so she is less stressed for now
I sat and caught up on some TV and went through a pile of old cookery books, copying a handful of recipes before bagging them up for charity shopLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin17 -
