Well just popped in to update. The back garden has now been completely cleared along with half the shed so far today. Some junk for the tip 2 bags full, but not much. I think it's just a case of organising things rather than just piling them up and not knowing what's where!
. Going to finish the shed today as the sun is out and it's not too cold. Should be finished by 2.30pm

Late Tuesday evening & the rain started. DH cooked dinner which was breadcrumbed chicken in a herby ricotta sauce, boiled potatoes, peas & green beans. Very tasty it was too 🤤 I did the wudupa whilst looking at my lovely little plant 😊

DSis had been coughing, sneezing & wheezing all day yesterday, so went to bed about 02:00. About 04:15 she came back down as she couldn’t breathe & wanted me to call 111. Knowing that I would be worse than useless, I went & got DH (he was actually awake) so he got dressed & phoned 111. Eventually spoke to an operator who advised a doctor would phone back. We waited over an hour with no call back & with DSis getting worse & struggling to breathe. So DH phoned for a cab which arrived about 6 minutes later & DH took DSis to A&E. DH phoned at 06:20 to say that they had arrived & there was just one person waiting to be seen. He then phoned at 06:48 to say that DSis had been seen & was on a nebuliser & had been given steroids as well. He phoned again at 08:37 saying that DSis was looking a lot better & had been given a cup of tea, some bread & jam & banana & had been wheeled off to the X-Ray dept. DH will phone later to let me know what is happening. The NHS has come up trumps again 😊 👏 So while I wait for further news I will catch up on the cheerleading unless I drop off - which I did 😉 DH phoned at 10:40 - DSis’s X-ray was OK & she is now on her 2nd nebuliser.
flamingo747, the EDT is still moving at a fair old speed, so no need to apologise for not keeping up 😊 Excellent decluttering 👏 & pleased to hear that your new car is doing okay 😊
Lovely post TC77 😊 Not to encourage you but I would definitely keep the typewriter you learnt to type on 😊
DH just phoned (11:45) & DSis is being kept in overnight much to her annoyance.
Excellent decluttering GrannyKate 👏 Hope you enjoy collecting information & ideas which I sometimes think is the best bit of moving house 😊
BudgetingBelinda 2 - dust bunnies 0 👏🥳
Mamaofmanybudgets, you are very welcome 😊
DH has just phoned again (12:10) - he will be home soon to pick up some bits & pieces for DSis as the doctors have insisted she is staying in. He finally got his call back from 111 😉
D123456789, well done on the selling 👏 Isn’t it lovely when a room is “exceptionally tidy” especially as it means that if it gets messy, it only takes a short time to get tidy again 😊 I hope LO is enjoying learning new skills 🤞
Excellent decluttering ilovetea 👏
I am definitely flagging now so I will wish London_1 a very Happy Birthday 🥳🎂 & I hope have a lovely day 😊

London 1 Happy Birthday Jackie O and 🥂 here's to many more.
Mrs SD I hope DSis is feeling much better and home soon.
Mamaofmanybudgets I could do with you here !
Yesterday I sorted and updated my freezer list. Out went several loose oven chips which had made a bid to freedom but only got as far as the bottom of the freezer. I found a hm bolognaise sauce so we'll have that for tea with pasta and I also found 3 bananas hiding so they have been turned into a cake. I threw in some dried fruit too, it's very nice although still a bit hot, well I had to test for quality you know 😉 I have finished off the plain flour and the dried fruit so the jars have been washed ready for new stock, those items have been added to my next shopping list. I seem to have decluttered my sleep last night and only managed to fall asleep during the small hours, I'll have a lavender bubble bath in the hope that it helps tonight. Oh and I've booked a massage with the lovely chap in the TLC carriage. Hope you haven't worn him out after your shopping debacle MrSD 😂
Take care all, hugs to everyone in need.

Thanks chums DGD has just left, she bought me a lovely new stainless steel kettle as my old one was dreadful and she asked what I needed and so I knew I was getting one and its lovely to make a cuppa without water going all over the place ,bless her she is like me likes to get folk what they would like and use, and I'm having a half hour break before going to DDs for dinner. My two little great granddaughters did a short video this morning in their PJ's to which me a Happy Birthday which was lovely. My grandson faceted me from NYC and the boys have all been in touch and we are having a big family dinner on Sunday as they are all home for the weekend. DGD Katie who came today had an interview for a new job yesterday and the chap offered it to her with the right money and hours she wanted this afternoon just as we were tucking into a cuppa and a natter so she is a very happy lady
Roll on tomorrow when the photos and video get sorted
Right I'm off to see my youngest DD and son-in law to celebrate the rest of the day with them .
Thanks everyone

Of course it was a double edged sword as my number one favourite song of all time was playing & distracted me from the task at hand 🤣 I listened to it a couple of times & thought how prescient the song has turned out to be (from way back in 1969) …………. Any guesses ………. there was no chorus & every verse was different………. 😉

Yesterday I did a stint of loft sorting and got rid of some obvious rubbish and found some treasure for husband to sort( a huge amount of the stuff in there is his) I did not find his dart board which he swears is in there though.....why do we have 7 fans?
Anyway then I went and ran errands and when I went to put shopping away I discovered packaging on an item damaged so had to go back out....at this point I'd done 10k steps before lunch so other than continue with the 2 loads of washing in process and feed everyone I didn't do much else
Today I've moved a shelf rack from one shed to other and assessed what packing materials I gave and what cardboard will go out with recycling bin tomorrow.. hoping we aren't snowed in and son goes to school so I can have my hair cut
I beat the dog to the post today so have sons replacement prescription 🤣.
We have new neighbours moving in and it's exhausting watching them full their house up 🤣
Chilli in slow cooker for tea and I'll be loading dishwasher I think and I bought a wrap crimpit which I tested out for lunch
Must remember to clean inside of windows tomorrow as men did outside today
Hope everyone doing ok, I've skim read but nothing stuck really except for new car for mrssaladdodger and happy birthday london118 -
