Visited my aunt today and returned two plastic crates she had used to give me plants over the last few years. She has an allotment and will use them, I won't, so that's a couple of things gone!

Oh @nannywindow Im really sorry to hear your hospital news. I have just stocked up the TLC carriage with carrot cakes, lemon drizzle and a nice victoria sponge with a smattering of rock cakes too (but not likes the ones I made!!) help yourself and have a hug too {{{ }}}

As I recall rightly there's an empty space in the TLC carriage which would be perfect if you fancied practicing your juggling.  If I drop in with some of my banana oatmeal muffins (with or without nuts or chocolate chips) could you teach me to juggle 3 things.  I can do 2 with 1 hand and have been told that getting to 3 with 2 hands should be easy but I've never quite managed it.

Meanwhile I'm pleased to report I managed to get the garbage bins out and added the contents of 2 big trugs of garden waste that had been festering in the carport since mid December.  That's when I spotted the door that was on the now gone fridge that had fallen off a few months back.  That will need to go to the tip but that's easy enough.  Also decluttered a beer bottle from the pavement and a bag of &*(&) that someone had kindly left in the hedge by the bus stop.  One of the lovely neighbour dog walkers was going past and we wondered why someone would bag up a mess and then leave it.  I said I'd rather they take a few steps on to my drive and drop it in my bin if they didn't want to carry it home.  (though if they don't want to be a responsible dog owner then they shouldn't own a dog!!!)

So ive checked off the jobs i did from My january sheet and i managed 12, so half! could definetly have done better!! anyway shoved them up the list and added more, so I now have Febs list of 24 jobs to do

FEB 2024

 

1. clean kitchen saucepan cubboard

2. Finish tidying and cleaning the cupboard in out bedroom

3. clear out under the stairs ~ properly

4. clean porch and take box of books to CS

5. get lounge curtains dry cleaned

6. clean the car in and out

7. go through my drawers, sort clothes and re line the drawers

8. sort through studio, see if there’s any paintings I can sell.

9. reorganise healing work books and files

10. look through wardrobe and sort clothes

11. sell coin collection

12. clean windows upstairs hall

13. deep clean bathroom / mirrors and cabinet

14. get the greenhouse ready for winter!!!

15. accounts

16. clean front door

17. buy sticky back plastic for shelves

18. cover second shelf in second hall

19. sort cooking boxes

20. tip run with garage carp

21. declutter and clean the drawers in the hallway

22. go through the 2 shelves in the office

23. go through bathroom medicine cabinet

24. EHCP form to check and appeal

this list should keep me out of trouble!!!

Nothing decluttered today unless you count the 21st year of marriage?! Today is our 21st wedding anniversary we were just a tender 19 and 22 when we married

ahhh, happt anniversary flamingo ~ 21 years is fabulous. We will be 21 year this year too, where does the time go!!

@nannywindow I've just plumped up the pillows & fluffed the duvet on the day-bed by the big picture window, so you can lounge & watch the world go by (bizarrely the speed of the TLC carriage is like one of those TV trains that Bill Nighy narrates, just right for relaxed sightseeing) xx
