ZZPS and GCTT advice re parking in London over 2 years ago - DCBL letter now received

I have just been forwarded the email from Euro Car Parks by the office of my local MP, Daisy Cooper.

'Dear ******,

We have reviewed the situation and have cancelled the PCN’s.

We trust this is all you require.

I have forwarded the email to Paul@DCBLegal and Info@DCBLegal after getting absolutely nowhere with the call handler.

Clearly when someone phones up and has no intention of paying, you go so far of script they don't know how to process your request.

To date the only communication, outside of the letters before claim, is the random phone call I received when I made the 30 day request to seek legal advice.

Having scanned through some of the other recent threads in regard to DCB Legal, I am not holding my breath that I don't received further correspondence from them stating that they intend to pursue the claim against the vehicle.

Its certainly a weight off my mind given the staggering amount they were attempting to claim from me.

I may now potentially need to fight a far smaller claim against me to the sum of £340.00 for parking my other vehicle at the location (I have a classic car that I would drive to work during the summer). So I would like to think that the email from Mrs Cooper will give me substantial leverage should it come to DCB Legal trying to chase me for that amount too.
