The address rectification was (still is) vital.

That's why I repeated it/reminded you in my advice.  You CANNOT ignore a PPC and debt collector that holds two possible addresses.

You are potentially sleepwalking into a CCJ. Of course they must be told to erase the old address!

  • They have my correct address.

i simply never received the initial parking charges that euro carparks allegedly sent me.

    They have my correct address.

We know that.  They always do.

The point is are they holding two addresses?

Are you saying confidently that Initial Parking did not hold an old address, at first?  Are you certain the PCN was not addressed to an old address the DVLA handed out like sweeties?

I’m sorry, do I need to now make with euro carparks restating that I never received the parking charges?
as it would seem that ZZGT or euro carparks have now passed this on to DCBL?

just to add I have found the email that I sent to Euro carparks informing them I have never received correspondence from them.

I have been doing a bit of Digging in my inbox and outbox and I have found the correspondence relating to the parking agreement organised by my company. Apparently I had the foresight to forward a copy of the correspondence to my personal email address. Would anyone suggest forwarding the correspondence onto DCBL?

I would likely mention in the email that my MP has been contacted along with the financial ombudsman and the BPA if that would possibly add any clout to my position.

I ask as initially ZZPS/GCTT were chasing me on behalf of these alleged parking charges but since my correspondence with them in December detailing the local agreement with my place of business, I have not heard from them since. is it worth it now that Ive had the second 'final reminder' through the door.

Yes forward the correspondence and ask why they are breaching BPA CoP clause 23 which requires a new PCN to be issued, and debt recovery paused, in cases where it is known that the first PCN was not received.
