What "offence" do you think you committed? I don't think you'll find that word in any of the correspondence you've ever received about this. Just like you won't find the word "fine" either.2

I received a letter from DCBL with the usual 'we may have bailiffs attend your address' and 'this might happen' but from looking on here, there didn't seem to be anything to worry about.DCB Limited or DCB Legal?
Ive just got home this afternoon from work and found another letter from DCBL entitled 'Final reminder'
Does it mention an unpaid court judgment? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They are 'Debt collection bailiffs Limited' DCBL. No there is no mention of an unpaid court judgement, just failure to pay DCBL 'could' lead to a CCJ against me.Umkomaas said:I received a letter from DCBL with the usual 'we may have bailiffs attend your address' and 'this might happen' but from looking on here, there didn't seem to be anything to worry about.DCB Limited or DCB Legal?

You are correct. But they are still claiming I owe euro carparks an awful lot of money.LDast said:What "offence" do you think you committed? I don't think you'll find that word in any of the correspondence you've ever received about this. Just like you won't find the word "fine" either.0 -
Wait for a Letter Of/Before Claim from DCB Legal, and/or a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC. The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, will help you deal with them.Dashworth87 said:

Did you send a rectification notice to the DPO of the parking company? I can't see anywhere on your thread where you have confirmed this.
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Which is why I said to ignore DCB Ltd only if the OP had already told ECP and their agents to ERASE the old address.
It is unsafe to leave a PPC and their scum debt crawlers with a choice of 2 addresses EVEN IF the current letters are arriving at the right address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If I had done, then it would be on my old work laptop which I no longer have access to. What does this achieve? Stopping euro carparks from sharing my information?Fruitcake said:Did you send a rectification notice to the DPO of the parking company? ECP are trying it on with you. They hope you are low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree and will just end up paying them if they scare you enough.Dashworth87 said:

That'll be a hundred quid. Hopefully I can scare you into paying me. Even though I'm "offended" that you haven't paid me yet, you still haven't committed any "offence".
Do you see where I'm going with this?1 -
No, it stops them having a choice of addresses to use, which, if they make a claim and send that (deliberately or inadvertently) to the wrong address, you would likely end up with a CCJ. That's a mess in your life that will be tricky and costly to unravel.Dashworth87 said:
