If you don't want to wait for the court to send you the N180, you can download one and fill it in then send it off now.

Mediation is now mandatory, but consists of you just saying no to everything unless the PPC is prepared to pay you for your wasted time.
At which point the defendants phone number will be asked so the mediation calls can be taken?
The call will be answered by a representative so it would be important to give them the right number...

But mediation is a few minutes so who ever takes the call simply says zero, bye end of the matter

I hope that person knows to offer zero, or a tenner, if you agree and want to make the call fun? Like this:

Yes the Mediation Service uses the phone number that the D provides for mediation (probably part of section E of the N180 form).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I meant to have Mediation call today, I was expecting it however they called from private (blocked) number and my phone is set up automatically not to accept private numbers so I missed the calls... Very annoying.
    What should I do?
Don't want to loose the case over a small thing as this...

    Nothing. It won't matter.

Clearly you needed to enable private numbers for this call but too late now. No worries.

I recieved mail about mediation service outcome status: not conducted.
There s following letter saying many things about the potential consequences.

Should I write to them saying that they called sneakily from blocked number? I didn't think of that and my phone automatically blocked the calls... I have screenshot of the blocked calls. I didn't set my phone this way, its generic for this model... They should call from a proper temporary number like any other normal services do...

Also got a letter saying ''This claim has been transferred to the County Court at 'undisclosed location'. On receipt, the file will be transferred to a procedural judge...to give case management directions." I presume this is just part of normal procedure?

All normal,  standard practice  ( ignore the lack of mediation)

Keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread

This came via post and not sure what it means basically?

I haven't recieved any letter regarding the hearing date, or any appointment.

By the way, the redacted 'Hearing Details (if listed)' date is already in the past, they sent this afterwards.

There was another one very similar, however the context was:
'Please find enclosed a Witness Statement on behalf of our Client', and then loads of pages.

It had a 'Defence Response' as well, saying that the claimant recognises the Defence as a 'template produced by internet forums for use of the public...' like if there's anything wrong with it...

Then obviously, it had pictures of the signs etc..however, again, there's only one option to pay and thats is via a mobile application, no paypoint.

So they've had a hearing Order and you haven't. Did your address change since the claim form?

You must URGENT, TOMORROW MORNING - ring your local court to find out the deadline for your WS because it MUST BE AROUND NOW. They've done their evidence bundle and you haven't done yours.

Is their WS signed by a paralegal at Moorside or by an employee of the parking firm?

FYI the criticism in Stamp & Ors was that the internet templates were "nonsensical".

Any claim is open to the court's displeasure, templated - or not - if it's gibberish.
