    Yes, the Dropbox file in the second post on the NEWBIES thread does take one through the whole process in picture form - even including registering a government gateway account if needed.

    Yes, AoS is done through MCOL and it has been received.
    Next step is to draft defence, where Im stuck a little.

    Can a defence be sent via email on a weekend?
    Do they count all days or only working days?
    The dedline falls on 12th Jan Sunday.

    I received reply to the defence from the claimant, thought I share it with you.
    They also include a copy of their filled N180 form, mentioning mediation calls.
    I haven't recieved N180 form just yet.

    If you don't want to wait for the court to send you the N180, you can download one and fill it in then send it off now.

    Mediation is now mandatory, but consists of you just saying no to everything unless the PPC is prepared to pay you for your wasted time.
