Morning all. Hope you're well today.
Fayolle - I got told yesterday I wasn't my usual chirpy self. Must be something in the air.
Today, I've cancelled my final Xmas catch up with friends as pain has got the better of me. So I'll move slowly today. So far, I have just had breakfast and checked banking.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
I also love Geese. I love seeing them flying and hearing the sound they make. If I hear them and I am siting in the house I'm up out of the chair and out of the house to get a glimpse of them flying over. Watching them fly is one of life's little treasures.pigpen said:THERE ARE GEESE ON THE FIELD NEAR SCHOOL!!! We LOVE geese!! (see FB cover-pic)7 -
Often get skiens of geese flying over, hoooting as they go.Daily stuff doneLarge food shop done, that should be enough for the 2 of us for at least the next 2 weeks, except for milk, I don't want to be out there in the crowds ~ some one else can have my space!!Wet, grey, over cast, miserable hereBrain picking time (I know google is there) any one bought a garden shed recently or any bathroom towels, where / who would you recommend.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100/100miles

ASB - wine and pheasant pie? I’m sold. Off to pack up my car and head northwards…
Sorry, Kaz, I can’t help on either. Our towels are like sandpaper. I call them invigorating, not sure everyone agrees though.
Bedroom level one done. Must remember to shut the window though. Mr M shop for Thursday finalised, helped by vouchers and DH having a cashback deal on his card. Making carrot soup, then I need to wash my hair, now that DD has vacated the bathroom and the house.
Feel like I’m drifting and wasting precious time…9 -
Still moving slowly. I have done lots of washing up, freshened sofa throws, had a bath, changed bedding, put dry washing away and first of three wash loads is in machine.Spend less now, work less later.9

Can't seem to get going today. My big job of JF's DLA is overwhelming me and making it hard to do anything else.
So far I've done bins and recycling, washed up, and run washing machine. Need to dry and fold, run another full set, vac throughout. Walk dog and clean bathroom.Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

I have just filled out Squeaks DLA renewal and printed off 1000 sheets of diagnostic paperwork.. hers doesn't run out until April but they are taking forever to do anything at the moment. Still waiting to hear about Twinkles.. while her eczema is bleeding down her neck and she is spending half her life in the bathroom and her behaviour is becoming a real issue.. her teacher is useless at recognising ASD traits and would probably not notice if Twinkle set her desk on fire!flamingo747 said:ASB, wow, Junior Flamingo broke up on Friday! My 3 up on Friday & Squeak finishes Thursday.. but they are off until the 8th January or thereabouts.. I prefer more time after christmas tbh.
How am I supposed to wrap with Squeak sat here?!
