    Monthly update time 😁


    1) 24 mins of housework daily - 
    And then some!! My cleaner left at the beginning of April for a different job so I'm doing my own cleaning now 😁
    2) 24 mins of asana practice daily - nope, I've done some here and there but nothing noteworthy; must do better! 
    3) 24 mins of walking daily - No, again I've done some but need more consistency 
    4) 24 mins of self-care daily - Yep! 🙌
    5) 24 mins of writing daily - Yep 😁 
    6) 24 mins of gardening weekly - Definitely covered this 😁
    7) 24 mins meditation weekly - I'm doing this but less than last month - I want to go back to daily practice 
    8) 24 days of nutrition study monthly - I've done several days but not enough, I will do better this month
    9) 24 days of strict WFPB eating monthly - I've done at least 15 but I've been using up freezer and storecupboard stuff so not as much as intended
    10) £24 reduction of monthly grocery budget  - I've managed this!! 🙌 I've put the money away as soon as it comes in and work with the smaller amount
    11) 24 alcohol free days monthly - Yep!! Full month in Apr 
    12) 24 NSD'S monthly - Yep 🙌
    13) 24 'home spa' days within the year -  2/24 none this month 🤦‍♀️
    14) 24 tech free days within the year - 2/24 meant to be on my 'spa' days....
    15) 24 'out of the house' days within the year - 17/24

    18) 24 different veg/herbs grown within the year - I'll count what's growing this weekend

    21) 24 items decluttered within the year - 24/24 COMPLETED I cleaned out both my storecupboards and my understair storage in April, pretty much a clutter free house now 🙌

    for the last 2 weeks (was on holibags so good for museums/walks/bridges)
    1 fiction book - wrong place wrong time
    1 non-fiction book - Mistakes were made (but not by me)
    3 'green spaces' - walk along Melrose river, walk to Melrose viaduct, walk along Eildon hills
    1 job on my list - made my dentist appointment
    2 different churches - St Marys in Haddington and Holy Trinity in Melrose (St Cuthberts was closed so could only go to door)
    3 museums / town trails - Haddington (fascinating place), Trimontium museum, The Great Scottish Tapestry in Galashiels
    5 bridges - Nungate bridge (Haddington), Lowood Bridge, Chain Bridge and Drygrange Old Birdge  (Melrose), Friarton Bridge (Perth) - we walked up to see the Leyderfoot Viaduct and WB were setting up to film The Franchise - it seems to a favourite haunt for them - the latest Harrison Ford had a scene there
    2 lectures - Art at the National Museum of Scotland and Haddington Siege
    2 foods named after a place - Bakewell Tart, Selkirk Bannock, Port wine Derby
    2 pubs - The Hanover Tap in Edinburgh (Leeds match which gave Leicester automatic promotion) and The Ship in Melrose (Leicester game which gave them the title)

    5.     24mins per week decluttering in House - doing this every couple of days now :)
    6.     Limit to 24 cans of coke per month - done
    7.     Sell 24 items - 17/24
    8.     Save 24 of each coin and note - Coins completed, focusing on the notes now.
    9.     Declutter 24 bin bags/boxes from the house. - 14/24 
    10.  Declutter 24 old cosmetics/toiletries not used or expired - 14/24
    11.  Loose 24lb in weight - This is my focus this month
    12.  Make 24 visits to my local church - 3/24
    14.  24 minutes of gardening per week - 5/24  - Hoping to get another 2 sessions in this weekend
    15.  Treat / do something for myself 24 times - 7/24
    16.  Watch 24 films - 3/24
    17.  Make the 24th of each month a "Me" day done.
    18.  24 outings with family this year - 5/24
    21.  Burn 24 candles/wax melts this year - 4/24
    24.  Do 24 jobs around the house that keep get putting off - 5/24 - finally found a way to repair the leak in the back roof!

    I think I'll need to change one or 2 of mine again.  I'd like to attempt walking 24 miles per month to help woth losing weight and getting fit. 
    Theres one or 2 on my list that I'm just not even thinking about and probably won't so I'll have a look at my list later on again and see if any changes can be made,

    @IrishRose12 as we're in 2024 you could always drop 4 and do 20 24s. just a thought.

    slower week this week but still on target, though some further on and others not as far as they should be by almost mid may. so for the last week
    1) 2 drawers - thrown out all my old socks yay and another kitchen drawer done
    2) 1 food named after a place - cullen skink 
    3) baked bread to go with above
    Did watch another Mammals but won't count until have completed series

    another slowish week - work has been bonkers, but still enjoying my little challenges :-) so from Sat -> Fri
    1 workout towards next programme (not so good, will do better this week, if only for the sake of my knee!)
    finished the Mammals documentary series - wonderful - so although '6' only counts as 1
    1 litter pick
    1 food named after a place (Old Amsterdam Cheese, fitting cos that's where my gbf was yesterday)
    1 event (Madame Butterfly courtesy of a colleague who couldn't use her ticket and refused to take any money for it - I took a flask and a sandwich so very mse :wink:)

    Never did an April update as I didn’t think I had achieved a lot, but feel better about May

    1) 24 donations to local animal sanctuary. 5/24  local sanctuary has requested kitten food, have got them 48 sachets and 6 boxes of kitten crunchies donated that were a ridiculously cheap price in Asd@ along with some cat chews

    2) lose 24lbs in weight (def need to do this after finding out my weight yesterday)

    3) 24 jobs in the garden. Really want to attack the garden this year and do some work on it…..plus free exercise 1/24….finally!

    4) 24 ‘me time’ activities. As bestie pointed out recently I never put myself first 2/24

    5) read 24 books

    6) save £2400

    7) save £240 on supermarket card for Christmas

    8) declutter 24 items from the house each month 11/Jan. 9/Feb 10/March

    9) sell 24 items

    10) 24 activities with family/friends 4/24
    (me and a bestie decided to book a trip away to London, wanted to do it last year but it never happened. Very much looking forward to this)

    11) 240 minutes of volunteering each week 9/52
