It should show the submitted defence plus the submitted N180 as well, which you should have had auto email responses for, so something wrong there, so complain about the lack of it being updated during the changeover period two or three months ago

Not sure why it mentions the general sanctions but hopefully it was to do with the changeover and hopefully not caused you a problem due to the possible late filing of the DQ. ?

Is Northampton civil court or county court the actual one that you chose on your N180 . ?

If yes, its in the blackhole of the clogged up system so taking its time before that court write to both parties

If you chose a completely different court, then something went wrong at the dq submission stage

I believe I sent to the wrong email, when they were changing over and had a new email address in place. After being chased up I sent it immediately.

Yes I chose Northampton as it's very local to me.

Then it seems to me that you are now waiting for Northampton court to contact you, whereas the CNBC have now washed their hands of it by sending everything to Northampton court, 2 different places, 2 different jobs

If you want to know more, you contact your local civil court in Northampton. ( Not the CNBC. )

Had a letter today called a notice of transfer of proceedings, and to await directions from the judge and a notice of allocation.

Check it carefully because it might be the only notice that informs you of your witness statement deadline (might not be repeated in the Hearing Order).

If you've booked any new holiday or have any new unavailable dates this Summer / Autumn / Winter, tell them immediately!

It doesn't appear to have any dates or deadlines.

"This claim has been transferred to the below CCHC for allocation. On receipt, the file will be referred to a procedural judge who will allocate the claim to track and give case management directions. Details of the judges directions will be sent to you in a notice of allocation."

Then just if I need any more info I can contact them directly, but please await the judges directions.

I am on holiday from this Friday 14th June and return 20th June, but that's all.
