The email addresses changed recently. Just resend a copy of the DQ to dq.cnbc@justice.gov and why not include DCB Legal in the address and cc in yourself in one efficient email. Beats doing the same email twice.

It's 7 days from date of service which is deemed to be 5 days after the date of issue-so, 18th March, but do it today anyway.

Yep sent to them also with some form of auto reply

It's been just over 2 months and without wanting to jinx myself, I haven't heard anything yet from the courts or DCB. Should I expect to hear something soon?

Backlog in the system, 2 months is nothing, your local court that you nominated should contact you in due course 

Check your MCOL claim history to see if its been transferred there yet
