I'm about to send the email with my defence. Just to confirm, I should also attach the draft order + Chan vs AKANDE case, both of which were posted on here. As well as the paragraph kindly provided by LDast. The only thing I'm missing is the email address for UKPC's litigation team. I'm not able to see it on their site nor on this forum after searching. Does anybody know what it is?0

Yes, that's where I intend to send the above docs I mentioned. I just wanted to confirm i'm doing everything correctly before sending.1

It was the original defence I sent, not ammended + the other docs.
