  • So I've just given it another look over and there's only a reply to my defence and claimants N180 filled out. There's no form for me to fill out. So I suppose I just need to file it?

You have no need to ask that question.
As I said a week ago, please read again item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.
  • Hi,

I'm filling out the N180 form digitally. Shall I print the form, sign it and send that off or am I ok just putting a digital signature? i.e. my name

    Thanks

    Hi,

I've not heard anything since sending off the N180 form almost 4 months ago. I know the defence states they might take 3 months or so for them to respond. But maybe I'm in the clear!  :)

What does your MCOL history say?

By signing in to MCOL, just like you did on 3rd December last.
  • Right! I've just logged in but it's not showing me anything on there. I think there might be an issue with my account.

"it's not showing me anything" is not particularly helpful.
What is 'it' in this instance?

Are you saying your Claim History is totally blank?
If not, what exactly are you trying to tell us?
