So I've just given it another look over and there's only a reply to my defence and claimants N180 filled out. There's no form for me to fill out. So I suppose I just need to file it?0

I'm filling out the N180 form digitally. Shall I print the form, sign it and send that off or am I ok just putting a digital signature? i.e. my name

Hi,
I've not heard anything since sending off the N180 form almost 4 months ago. I know the defence states they might take 3 months or so for them to respond. But maybe I'm in the clear!.

Are you saying your Claim History is totally blank?
If not, what exactly are you trying to tell us?2
