After going to MCOL it takes to me govt gateway login page. My password doesn't work. I'm using the one on the letter I was sent. I have login via the forgot password option but after going through that, it doesn't seem like I've even logged in. There's no way to see my previous submission.

Hi, 

I've just received a 'general directions order' today. It says the docs from my end were not submitted but I've not heard anything from Ukpc in months. The same thing happened with my N180 form. Unless I've missed something, does this usually come by post? Is this normal? TIA

Thanks for the prompt response. I'll send my defence across. Is it safe to say that this will be going to court or is it another scare tactic?

I doubt very much that claims issued in-house by UKPC's rookie 'legal team' (that they only started last October) will see any hearings.

When you email the Defence to the local court, seize the moment to also attach CHAN, and AKANDE and the Draft Order to strike out the claim (as posted by @LDast ).

Copy in UKPC's litigation lot.

Hopefully the allocating Judge will run with the Draft Order and two persuasive appeal cases and UKPC's solicitor person won't know what's hit them.
