Defence helped needed - Received a LOC from Civil National Business Court

Just received the following letter. Assuming this is just standard confirmation that my case has been passed on to the judge?

Yes. Hopefully they'll read the draft order and strike the claim out.

You cannot send an amended defence, it should be what you sent previously (unless order by a judge to send a amended one) and it is CEL v Chan and CPMS v Akande.

could I send an amended Witness statement to the set aside hearing?  Is any timeframe to submit evidence to the set aside hearing?  In the N244 notice, it was not any reference to it.

OK so you now know your WS & evidence deadline is in a couple of weeks time, and you know exactly what that stage documentation looks like and which exhibits to include because this has been in the NEWBIES thread all along.

Sounds to me like you need to re-read the NEWBIES thread section called: IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN that screams in red capitals at all claim defendants.

Will do. I'd rather ask on here and make sure I'm doing the correct thing than to make a mistake and give those thieves an advantage.
