Just received the following letter. Assuming this is just standard confirmation that my case has been passed on to the judge?0

Yes. Hopefully they'll read the draft order and strike the claim out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As well as the paragraph kindly provided by LDast. The only thing I'm missing is the email address for UKPC's litigation team. I'm not able to see it on their site nor on this forum after searching. Does anybody know what it is?

Hi,
Just received the following letter. Looks like the judge has decided to proceed with a court hearing. Anything I should do other than the mediation call?

Was there a second page advising by when you have to submit witness statement?1

OK so you now know your WS & evidence deadline is in a couple of weeks time, and you know exactly what that stage documentation looks like and which exhibits to include because this has been in the NEWBIES thread all along.
Sounds to me like you need to re-read the NEWBIES thread section called: IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN that screams in red capitals at all claim defendants.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
