Just received the following letter. Assuming this is just standard confirmation that my case has been passed on to the judge?

Yes. Hopefully they'll read the draft order and strike the claim out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

could I send an amended Witness statement to the set aside hearing? Is any timeframe to submit evidence to the set aside hearing? In the N244 notice, it was not any reference to it.Le_Kirk said:
You cannot send an amended defence, it should be what you sent previously (unless order by a judge to send a amended one) and it is CEL v Chan and CPMS v Akande.rorschach57 said:I'm about to send the email with my defence. Just to confirm, I should also attach the draft order + Chan vs AKANDE case, both of which were posted on here. As well as the paragraph kindly provided by LDast. The only thing I'm missing is the email address for UKPC's litigation team. I'm not able to see it on their site nor on this forum after searching. Does anybody know what it is?

Could you start your own thread please. It says on the forum rules not to piggyback on someone elses thread.yinadvice said:

Hi,
Just received the following letter. Looks like the judge has decided to proceed with a court hearing. Anything I should do other than the mediation call?

Was there a second page advising by when you have to submit witness statement?1

Surely this is way past Mediation call?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK so you now know your WS & evidence deadline is in a couple of weeks time, and you know exactly what that stage documentation looks like and which exhibits to include because this has been in the NEWBIES thread all along.
Sounds to me like you need to re-read the NEWBIES thread section called: IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN that screams in red capitals at all claim defendants.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Will do. I'd rather ask on here and make sure I'm doing the correct thing than to make a mistake and give those thieves an advantage.Coupon-mad said:OK so you now know your WS & evidence deadline is in a couple of weeks time, and you know exactly what that stage documentation looks like and which exhibits to include because this has been in the NEWBIES thread all along.
