you say its not valid until i put £1.00 in. i sent it recorded so i know they got it.

:j Today was the last day that i should have recieved requested CCA and deed of assignment ! They have now committed an offence under the terms of the CCA . I,ve written another letter to inform them of this fact and requested that they remove all data they have on me from their files !!!!!!!!

I had to do the same thing.

On my second request , same DCA differant account, they sent me a copy of the application form . This does not comply on two points , 1 , its an application not an AGREEMENT . 2, It has one of required facts missing , the agreed Credit Limit. These two errors , I believe render the account unenforcable !
