I have had letter from my DCA stating as they are not the origianl creditor they are not obliged to supply a CCA or a letter of assignemnt - apparently, according to the DCA these are confidential!!!!

Needless to say we have stopped paying them!!

CRAPquest sent me a hold for 28 days letter followed by a letter showing three payments to the account hmmm.. did i ask for this NO! 12+2 default letter sent, lets see if they send it now ! HMMMMM........ i think not

They sent same to me saying on hold for 28 days . Nothing else as yet 6 days till they will have committed an offence under the CC ACT .

Hi hun, have been reading some of the other threads about CCAs and template letters. And it does take some time to trawl through for info. I am not sure if anyone agrees with me but would it not be good idea to have a sub forum on DCAs or at least a sticky where we can put all the template letters. Please please please. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
