    I was just about to write to mine however I have received a letter from another dca saying they now have the debt.

    surley if they had the cca they may as well just persue me for the debt.

    It is contrary to the OFT Debt Collection Guidelines for more than one dca to be chasing the same 'alleged debt' at the same time. This, in itself would be sufficient grounds to report them to Trading Standards.

    No need for that, stapeley.:naughty::naughty:

    Actually, I'm a rugby man myself, although I do watch the odd game of soccer. And United can certainly produce the odd game. :rotfl:

    Enjoy your day. :beer:

    I'm not sure two the two are chasing, it's that I had a letter (was more of a card board leaflet. it basically just said pay now and gave an address).

    So assume they have now sold the debt on to I think it's allied.
