    As at 15.10.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 65 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 16th November 
    Produce tracker: £442 of £300 in 2025

    Day 20 as a certain purveyor of gluten free cakes and coffee was understaffed (which was annoying) along with a noodle bar having too small a kitchen to risk feeding me (not so annoying, they won't risk it).

    Today is an NSD - we have my outlaws coming over for lunch so that will take all day 😉
    I think that makes 20 days for me this month - I am honestly amazed…. 😊
