Currys have got a second repair company involved, rather than BEKO who failed to fix their OWN equipment"ACL Domestic Appliance Repairs Limited"
I don't like this - when you google them - they appear to be slightly dubious (check user reports on trustpilot) - and why should I trust a dubious company to fix something that the manufactures are unable to fix ?They are supposed to be coming on Wednesday...if they are unable to fix it - I will go for a full refund from currys
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
Just get Currys to exchange it for a new one.
They offered the option.

Ask Currys for a different brand of cooker ,if its a bit more money tell them to suck it up due to all the hassle you have had to put up with ,best of luck.0
