Reading back it seems the last thing you did was submit your N180, might be worth checking the status page by logging in to MCOL and make sure it states your N180 was received. See what else it states. Does the CNBC and DCB have your correct address for service?1

Hi Le_Kirk Yes you're correct N180 submit was my last thing and I received an email back from CCBC of Acknowledgement of my submit and yes DCB have my correct email as they sent me an email around the same time trying to bargain with me and pay an early settlement at a reduced price. But I will certainly check though to make sure, but what is MCOL?? Thanks for your reply0

Hi there guys, an update now in that I have received a letter from the CCBC and they say they have forwarded the case onto my local court and it will be for a judge to decide what to do next. Do I need to get my defense all written out perhaps or just sit tight and see what happens??0

Have you seen the 'what happens when' heading in the second post of the NEWBIES thread?
You need to be thinking about gathering your evidence and compiling a Witness Statement.3 -

Ok Thanks guys, no apologies I haven't seen the thread that you are referring to so I will certainly get on that and have a read. Ok I will gather my evidence and witness statement in preparation and hope that I won't actually need it and it all just gets thrown out as this is I feel all a complete waste of court time and money!!0

Hi Guys, Just to let you know that I have received in the post a court hearing for 18th September and it will be an IN PERSON hearing at my local court house. Really feeling quite worried as to what to do now , as I had hoped it wouldn't get to this. I have been contacted by DCB Legal and offered a settlement fee of £200 instead of the £260.72 that I apparently owe them which I really don't want to pay at all. What is my next play?? Do I settle with them?? Offer my own settlement fee or continue to court with the evidence and witness statement?? Any Help is much appreciated. Thanks0
