    Hey Coupon-mad

I have submitted my letter and evidence to the Committee regarding the hearing about these parking debt collectors. It says you can submit no more than 3,000 words and files must be no more than 25mb and must be in doc. rtf. or obt. format.

I still haven't received my N180 form regarding my court claim so again will contact you when that does arrive in the post to find out what to do next to continue this fight.

    Many Thanks

Thanks for that. Didn't know it. I will struggle!  At least they've extended the deadline as we learnt today from another poster.

You already know what to do when your Directions Questionnaire arrives.
Please re-read the post on your thread on 29 November at 5:07PM when that happens.

Hey Thought i would keep you updated with my parking fiasco.

Iv had a reply from complaints department of UK Parking Control, as I sent them a complaint email which was advised on the forums here saying its never too late to complain, and they have said that I was 14 minutes over my 3 hour limit and they have sent all the evidence showing the sign posts and that they are in their right to fine me. I have also had an email from DCB Legal, a different person this time an Owen Cook saying that Iv recently been in contact and that I must pay the £260.72 within 30 days or they will take it further to the courts. The funny thing is about this is that, the car park signs say 5 hours maximum stay!! So do I have anything there to reply and argue to them with?? Or should i still just hold out and wait for this N180 form that I still haven't received in the post yet??

    Thanks

Just sit and wait. Let the eejits get it wrong!  You have no obligation to point out the other side's mistakes.

So I have filled in the N180 form as per the 12 steps guide...

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016/p1

The form I have is a little different to what is explained on that thread, but I think it does add the part about not wanting it to go to a paper hearing, as my form has a section named... Suitability for determination without a hearing. Which i think is similar to the special directions part that is refer to in the thread about what Gladstones are including. I have put No to going to paper and sated it should go to an oral hearing like advised in the thread. (Hope that is correct).
I also need to email a copy to CCBCA and DCB legal is that correct?? (I have downloaded the form and filled in the same way as it is on paper) And then from what is quite common on here it hopefully gets discontinued, but if not I will be given a date of a hearing to attend is that correct??

Again Thanks for your help, I really want to nail it to these guys as this is awful and people should not have to go through this just for parking in a car park!!

Aaaaahhh right I see, at this point probably feel like almost best I should've settled and just paid the fine. Iv not had any correspondents from Gladstones though which is odd dont you think?? Or is this all sounding quite common and I'll have to go to a hearing??
