Hi all, some great saving going on here  :)

I have been paid for November and my random number picker app chose numbers totalling 5836 so another £58.36 going into the pot.

#6 total savings to date £609.63 which includes £6.52 interest.

Thanks as ever to @enthusiasticsaver for running the thread xxx
So  close there to the end of the challenge.  I actually have you down as having £612.35 in total so a slight discrepancy. Not to worry though.

  • £157 here so far, which to be honest, is pretty good for me ;)
Mostly been adding a few pence or £ from round ups rather than putting the exact amounts in.

Not sure whether to use whatever amount I have on the 1st Jan to put towards bills, or just use it against the 2025 challenge.  I'll see what I get paid this month and next before deciding.

Glad it has helped you save and hopefully see you next year.

  • £95.85 sent to my savings account for November. I've already done December fortunately so that's me finished. Thanks for running this @enthusiasticsaver I've never had money saved specifially for Christmas before and wouldn't have had this year either if you weren't for you.

  • #2 here. I added £78.18 in November.

    Getting there!
  • just wanted to say well done to all those who actually got all the way through this challenge. I really slipped, but think that was due to over stretching myself at a time when we were trying to pay off so many other things. Really looking forward to doing it next year though and I will stick with it then.

    £53.50 added during November.
Plus £41.54 for December bringing the end of the challenge for me.
I'll be using this and/or money saved on another challenge to pay for Christmas and bring down the balance on my credit card (0% on purchases so no interest paid).
I'm not sure if I'll be joining the challenge next year as finances have changed and I need to prioritise other things in my life, although I do intend to join a savings challenge of some sort, just not sure which at the moment.
Thanks for organising this. I have enjoyed saving over the last two years.
