This years challenge finishes on 31 December and the new one starts January 1. Keep an eye on this thread for the new link to be put up for 2025. You need to read the first post on here to see how it works.

  • £157 here so far, which to be honest, is pretty good for me ;)
Mostly been adding a few pence or £ from round ups rather than putting the exact amounts in.

Not sure whether to use whatever amount I have on the 1st Jan to put towards bills, or just use it against the 2025 challenge.  I'll see what I get paid this month and next before deciding.

  • #3 with £32.87 for November. Doing this challenge leaving the lower amounts to this time of year has really helped. Just one month left to do.

Hi all, some great saving going on here  :)

I have been paid for November and my random number picker app chose numbers totalling 5836 so another £58.36 going into the pot.

#6 total savings to date £609.63 which includes £6.52 interest.

Thanks as ever to @enthusiasticsaver for running the thread xxx

  • Well I had to take my money out and pay off balance of our Christmas break today, so I never got the full amount for this year, but I will be looking out for next year's challenge and joining that with a lot more effort put into it, as I will have extra spare money next year to use by the look of it.
