NCP "Parking Charge Notice" Fine - outside of car park??

Well done. As the late, great Meatloaf chappy once sang, "Two out of three ain't bad," and you now have a winning appeal to bung in for your third PCN, and any others in the pipeline.

You are right. NCP will have withdrawn rather than lose and pay over £30 to PoPLA, and certainly wouldn't want this case ever getting near a court, not because it was a gesture of goodwill.
