Just catching up, hope everything falls into place today.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Thanks KK, MF, TG, Merlin, Jwil and Watty1

I've chased the solicitor and left a message with another team in the end as I never get through to her. Hopefully she will call me back. I still need to put insurance in place. I have to be at home this morning as I'm waiting for my meds to arrive and will then go into work. I really want it sorting before I go. Naive hope I'm sure!! Hopefully going into work will give me a break for the house situation / overwhelm. Right best get to it...

How frustrating for you.  You think the solicitors would stress on them the necessity for sorting these things out well ahead of time.
