Thanks Lucielle, Beanie, Skint and @Baileys_Babe
I've had a shower. Done a load of washing today - now need to transfer it to the dryer. Done the dishwasher. I've written back to the buyer directly as it saves time. I've offered them some stuff for free and given them prices on a few others. I opened my meds capsule and took half which has made me more alert today. I may even get around to measuring the sofa although I've just asked the buyer if they'd want it if it's free. Will see if they respond.
In better news - my solicitor has had all the main searches back - although she's just asked for another - and has had the property fittings form returned. This included an elec safety certificate saying the wiring was 20 years old and had some safety recommendations but nothing listed as imminently dangerous. I've queried it as he told me he'd had it rewired and the certificate doesn't match what he said. I've queried a few other things. Their boiler has the right installation certificate - it just needs servicing. They are recommending some indemnities... Hoping the seller pays for them.
I don't know how long the latest search will take to come back or how quickly the seller will respond to my solicitor. In the past we bought a 1930s house with just a valuation - although I look back and think idiots - at the same time there was none of this worry... but it was a much lower cost... I think I'm now at the point of I'm going ahead unless they tell me something horrifically expensive as I'm moving with a slush/emergency fund that should be sufficient to take care of most eventualities. I don't want to spend oodles of £ on surveys for things that may never happen... as otherwise I'll end up more worried rather than less knowing me.
I've seen on the buying and selling thread that people recommend a return visit ahead of exchange so may try and arrange that for this weekend.

Glad you sound like you're on the mend - thank goodness for antibiotics, eh!
Definitely do a second viewing before exchange. Some folk on the buying and selling board also insist that it's essential to do a visit the day before completion as well just to confirm that everything is in the order you would expect it to be but I have to say beyond MrEH popping round there with the frozen food we absolutely didn't bother with that - and I suspect most people don't as let's be honest, who has time for that right before they move?!
As for removals - we had SO many people asking us why we just didn't sort it ourselves as we were moving to somewhere so close - my answer every time was the same "because we're not experts about getting furniture in and out, and the removal team are, and if we manage to damage just one expensive item - or worse, break a window or something in the place we are selling, it will prove a whole heap more expensive than just paying for professionals to deal with it!" they are absolutely worth their weight in gold. Personally I think you'd be mad not just to book movers!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Thanks GAP - yes the breathing thing can be scary. I may get that checked into more after I move.
Thanks EH - I'm not querying having removers but they split their quote into 3 - I'm questioning whether I need all 3 elements and whether they would reduce or combine any. Not done anything about this yet.
Great news - my buyer wants my old sofa - so no need to move that anywhere - so just need temp storage for new sofa. So glad I thought of asking them. I definitely need to check with the removal company whether I will get more discount for not moving certain things but either way it will make it easier on the day - and give me a little new £ to replace some stuff. They also want to buy some other stuff so that should mostly offset what I'm buying from my seller. I can then review other stuff post move. There was some stuff that would have needed dismantling that I didn't fancy moving... as I wasn't convinced it would go back together okay.
I managed to put the new feet on the sofa and use the wheeled / slidey recliner to help manoeuvre it into position. The recliner is now in the middle of the room but can review if cleaner comes tomorrow. I moved a grey ottoman out and into the kitchen. Shows how ill I felt that I didn't consider moving the sofa along this wall before. My lounge is now a tip - but the cleaner may be able to work her magic if she comes tomorrow.
I've had the fixtures and fitting form for my seller - and there are blinds in all of the bedrooms and the lounge - so while I'd want more than that (I have triple layers here and it is still too bright) at least it's a start. They provided an electrical safety report but to me it reads like a falsified doc as it says the wiring is 20 years old and he told me he had rewired everywhere so I've queried that. I've asked to go back this weekend and view - not heard back yet.

Spoken to practice pharmacist and GP today. Bone scan results were fine - he will refer me to physio for some of my issues. Will see if that comes through before I move or not. I've also requested some wider blood tests which they agreed to - and hopefully that will either set my mind at rest or result in a wider action plan. Better to know where I stand.
Back in work today but WFH. Coughing a lot but fever seems to have broken. Sat working in lounge today as still not at best. I had a short notice meeting at lunchtime - and then a follow on - hence updating on here now. Best get back to it now though.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
