    well done - that holiday sounds fabulous.  and that trousers falling down because of how much slimmer you are - that's a good feeling even if the shorts were a favourite.

    paddle boarding would terrify me yet looks delightful - give it a go - the worst that can happen is you get addicted - its not so much fun in UK!!

    Agree with WelshmansDaughter about paddleboarding.  I tried it and spent the whole time on my knees - it was great fun.
