Yes - I loved the climbing rose.
I've just booked an overnight stay for the night before my flight as I belatedly realised I need to get to the airport around 4am. There is a facility to drop the bags off the day before at the airport so I thought I'd try and do that. Hopefully this way I'll get more rest before flying and it will force me to be more organised rather than being awake all night, packing and then driving and getting there completely exhausted!

Good idea about the airport hotel it does makes things more relaxed and it feels like you an extra long holiday. I have checked in night before it works well and makes it super easy in the morning. Bet you are just counting down the days until you go!Save £12k in 25 No 49

Lovely leggings Beanie - and cat beds in the background.
I'm going to have soup for lunch but later will return the BM items so they are done. That should then be about £70 on the way back to me from that. I'm in work on Thursday and near an M&S so may return about £30 of stuff there then. I need to work out how to do my CTrdrs return £23? and the Mr A online one - £15-20 plus £20ish in store.
I worked out yesterday that I'd spent about £500 on the clothes I am keeping in the last month or two. Plus the 2 pairs of trainers I bought recently for £140. However, I don't regret it. I've not bought many clothes over the last few years other than essentials as very few were flattering and therefore didn't give me joy. Having lost 3 stone in the last 10 months and a stone before that - it was overdue. Some of the clothes I've bought are slightly tight - so as I lose weight will fit better - and some are the right fit for my current size/weight. Most of them are more fitted than what I had before - but the jeggings and cropped trousers are pull on / slightly elasticated with stretch so should be fine for a while. The dresses should fit fine and become more flattering as I lose weight.
Other than knickers and coats I pretty much have new stuff to wear - plus a few favourite pieces from the past that now fit again. Thankfully past pieces include a green M K*rs coat so I shouldn't need a new winter coat unless my weight loss speeds up again - in which case TK's may offer me another bargain.
I need to build healthier habits around exercise now so that my shape / physique improves - especially my arms. It would be good too if I could boost my stamina further before I go away so will work on that and hopefully go swimming. I enjoy it if the pool is quiet but not otherwise. I enjoyed the NT place yesterday - they had a shuttle bus that took people up hill from the car park (and back if needed) which helped. With it being a Monday and relatively late in the day it was quiet and peaceful. I need to explore local parks and other places on my doorstep too. I like NT places though as they have a cafe and lots of benches so you can rest as needed.
Hope you are doing well.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
