Octopus saving sessions

Tapping the link in Whatsapp takes me to the app home page, tapping the savings sessions link in the app takes me to Whatsapp … how am I supposed to opt in?

In the app hit the octoplus button bottom right of app, opt in button on that page of app

Is it gas and electric I'm trying to use less on during the hour period?

Nothing there   I got the notification so I know I should be able to opt in

Only electricity, as I understand.

That's odd, I've just looked in Octoplus (Android, on a tired Moto G6) and the opt-in button was there.
Edit to add: I think the button was also visible in my online account.

Go into app settings on phone and force stop the octopus app
Then go back to app , mine appeared once I did that , or try logging out then in again

Ah fab, that didn't work but it prompted me to then check if it needed updating so that's done it, thanks

Weirdly the website says I am opted in and has a countdown time.
The app says I am opted in then more info says I am not eligible.
Am I in or am I out?

It has been mentioned that 10% of your usage calculations come from the day before. So what you could have done is charged your batteries today between.17:30-18:30.

Whether that is worth it or not that's up to you and probably not if you are on Agile.
