My email had not arrived either at the time @QrizB posted so I logged into my Octopus account and clicked on the Octoplus tab to check, and the information was there together with the option to opt in 👍️

I got the email notification popup on my phone, but couldn't find the option on the Octoplus tab so had to find the email again and opt in from there.

Are you using the Octopus App on your phone? I couldn't find it in the App but it's there if you log in to your account on the Octopus website.

I was not getting the emails and when I asked Octopus about it, they claimed that I had clicked the spam option on one of the prior emails so that's why I was no longer getting them - I have started to get them again now. I don't recall designating their emails as spam and I would not have done it on purpose but at least it's working now. There was a period of time when Apple phones put a button to say an email was spam right next to the delete confirmation prompt, so it was really easy to accidently put an email as spam by mistake.

I know this was a reply to someone else but it's also relevant to me - I looked on the app but not in my browser, that would be why I couldn't find it there.
