It seems that despite Octopus claiming :
"We'll email you about upcoming Sessions. Keep an eye on your inbox to start saving."
They don't, because I have missed 3 sessions last month....
How am I supposed to know when these saving sessions are planned?
And yes I am opted in

Without wishing to sound like that IT guy but have you checked that they've not gone in your spam folder? They don't give a lot of notice but I have had invites each time ...MouldyOldDough said:It seems that despite Octopus claiming :

I've had an increase in Octopoints, but haven't had an email telling me what I've earned in the last 2 sessions. I've got £3.15 worth in my account from the current SS and wheel spins. Last year I finished with over £70.

Ah yes thank you. I got 2p for the session where I just registered but didn't bother doing anything, and £1.01 for the one where I was exporting.
