I know this group is about saving sessions but just wondering I am a duel fuel user on the flexible tariff. I want to know do I need panels, battery or electric car to benefit from the agile or tracker tariffs. When I put my details in the calculator on website it only offers the flexible or fixed tariffs. Thanks

There are two very large Tracker and Agile threads in he energy board but it's not a simple one or the other answer you have to drill down into your usage and compare it with say the Octopus compare app on Google play and they weigh up the risks and benefits and if you can load shift some usage and avoid 4-7pm a bit for Agile
I do suggest posting on those chats as well2 -

I don't think the rather snide comment about "addicts who are a slave to their smartphones" is really needed either - some of those people you sneeringly describe as addicts may be the very people who - by setting up notifications and being willing to use their phones as a useful money saving tool subsequently enable YOU to save money by posting here. Strangely enough, making unpleasant comments about them won't make them more inclined to help! My personal take on it is that a smartphone is no small personal investment and as a result I'm always keen to try to recoup some of that investment by ensuring that where it can help with to save - or indeed make - money, it should be put to use for that purpose.
For others who are willing to use their phones to help them make savings, WhatsApp notifications are about the best way of ensuring that you stand a good chance of seeing even the short notice tests that are being run. The reason for the short notice of course being that they are trying to test people's reactions to different notice periods, rather than live events which will be more influenced by weather.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
