Morning.
It is my OHs birthday today as well. He opened his presents at 12.15am this morning
He has now gone to collect some logs and will be in the pub for 11 (thats the rule on his birthday). We are then going out for lunch at the Chinese (were going out for dinner but it's about 5 times more expensive!!). I think his parents are coming too.
Dinner for our guests last night was a bit of a disaster. Never mind, at least the house was spotless for them!

Just got back from Mass. It was a lovely service except my candle dripped hot wax over me, the mosquito's bit me all over my legs and I had 2 fidgety kids next to me but whose complaining.
Off to look at Joannesmum's thread. I know some of you will be very disappointed in your presents this year (not mentioning any names) that have been very bad this year.so <hugs> to you.

Hi again.
Nearly sorted now.
Just need to get the girls to ice their cake and wait for rolls to rise so they can go in the oven. I put them in the yorkshire tin today, so we should get some nice shaped rolls when done.
Lovely thread joannasmum. I couldn't read it all as it's so sad. Vey nice sentiment though.
Going to jump in the shower now, while I still can.
Have a good day all.
